A beautiful five acres property in the middle of two small creeks, located at 5 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes walk from the central park of La Fortuna, quite close to the main restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and other convenience stores as well as the local attractions like the volcano, hot springs, and many other adventure sports offered in the area.
This villa is ideal for those who seek privacy surrounded by nature. The house is in the mid of the property with green surroundings and bordered by two streams. The guests will enjoy strolling around seeing all of the plants, flowers and birds right outside or simply be lulled by the sound of the creeks. The property also has lemon and orange trees as well as sugar cane available to the guests.
Arenal Luxury Paradise is 2360 Sq. Ft house fully furnished and a two car garage. It has four comfortable bedrooms, three terraces with beautiful view to the Arenal volcano, laundry room, and a kitchen fully equipped. The villa has other amenities like IPTV, WiFi, private swimming pool, and BBQ area. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a central unit in the living room.

Fantastic Home in Nature!

Our family of 8 adults absolutely loved this Air B&B! From the moment we arrived, Lorenzo and his family made our stay Pura vida! Eder met us at their office downtown and guided us to the home, about 20-25 minutes from town. Lorenzos’s wife made us a traditional Costa Rican cosada dinner the first night we arrived and it was delicious and plentiful! We loved this location and often walked into town. There were also 2 good restaurants on our road and day and night hikes close by. We used the house pool to cool off after hiking or exploring La Fortuna area daily. We cooked many meals at the house and it was well equipped with house necessities. The grounds at the house were spectacular! We saw so much wildlife. Every morning, we watched the many beautiful birds and butterflies as we had our coffee. We saw sloths, iguanas and many frogs. We felt totally safe at this location. We enjoyed having Lorenzo and his family close by and they were quick to help us when anything was needed. We highly recommend this beautiful clean home. Thank you Lorenzo and family for making our holiday so special!

Great addition to a Costa Rican Adventure

Comfortable, well air conditioned house. Pool is a definite asset. Viewing many different bird species and a couple of sloths made our stay complete.

Amazing place

Loved everything about this place! Location was ideal! Close enough to everything, yet far enough away! Beautiful and well-kept property! Highly recommend! I would definitely come again! Property manager was always available and answered any and all of my questions. Very convenient to book excursions through them too!

Lovely Home Close to Town

We spent 4 nights at this convenient property with our two children, 20 and 17, before heading to The Springs. The home is extremely clean & feels very secluded. Beautiful area in the backyard to sit and relax and watch the birds! We loved having coffee out there every morning! On 2 nights we had Lorenzo‘s wife make us dinner, and it was amazing. So much food & very tasty! Communicating was funny since our Spanish is not very good, and their English the same.😂 We made it work though, and everybody had a good laugh! The one small issue we had was there is no clothing dryer & I didn’t notice that on the listing (totally my fault!). The washing machine is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before and was difficult to use. After that we hung all of our clothing up on the line and it just never dried completely & had a weird smell. Ended up having to use a drop off laundry service and Fortuna, which worked out, but was a bit inconvenient & cost us $50. Overall, wonderful home & great experience!!

Beautiful escape in perfect location

This was our first time in La Fortuna and Lorenzo’s place is an absolute gem we will recommend to everyone. You’re very close to the city center for groceries and daily adventures, but secluded enough that you feel like you have the rainforest to yourself. My kids woke up every morning so excited to see the fruit Lorenzo set out for the birds. We sat on the backyard rocking chairs for a lot of the time watching the wild life and birds. The pool is perfection and we swam in it daily :). The kitchen is fully supplied and the home is cozy, safe, and large. It was perfect for our family of five. We spent three nights here and could’ve spent more. Check in was great - Lorenzo speaks Spanish, but he’s hired someone who speaks English to show the home and answer any questions. They also were able to get us discounted tickets to all of our tours - night walk, chocolate tour, etc. So nice!! We were able to do laundry, too, which we were so grateful for. If you’re lucky enough to book this home - you will truly enjoy your stay.

Lorenzo, Eder & Nelson in the picture (From the left to the right side); we will make your stay memmorable; about 2 years ago we decided to rent the house for tourists that visit La Fortuna, mainly looking for families; we grew up in La Fortuna and saw how tourism changed the town, we always live from the farm that our mom has with dairy activities or agriculture, nothing related to tourism. A year ago we started this business and so fa so good, we like to attend our clients and show them our daily activities and even cook for them. Every client will have a tour in the property where we will show them slots, plants, little frogs, iguanas and much more; we just add a sugar cane mill so you can make your own sugar cane juice.

Is a unique property because the privacy, the nature around, very comfortable and very good rates. Everyday just going out of the house you will be able to see birds, iguanas, slots, frogs, toads and a lot more to discover in this private Eden garden.
