A two bedroom detached farmhouse with kitchen, dining room, hall and separate lounge. The garden has a patio area and barbeque, a private above ground pool, trampoline and swing set.
Located in a quiet hamlet only 5 mins drive to local village with a restaurant, shop and bar and boulangerie.
Swimming lakes are approx. 15 mins drive and local town 10km away.
Plenty of good walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There are some beautiful châteaus to visit and caves to explore as well as brocantes and vide greniers in the lovely villages surrounding the local area.

Superbe endroit

Superbe endroit au calme a la campagne pour un séjour en famille inoubliable. Pleins d'activités à 30 min de route maximum, visite de chateau, grotte de villars, marchés de producteurs, balade à dos d'âne... La maison a tout d'un cocon où il fait bon se retrouver

Gite au calme

Gite propre et calme idéal pour une famille. Par contre manque cruellement de réseau téléphonique ainsi que de wifi. Communication avec les gérants très compliquée car ils ne parlent pas français.

Très bon séjour

Le cadre est super joli et calme, l’accès à la piscine privée est un plus non négligeable et agréable,les hôtes sont accueillants, nous avons pu visiter pleins d’endroits magnifiques comme Thiviers est son grand marché le samedi, perigueux Brantome, St Jean de Cole et alentours… le seul point négatif malgré le soleil il n y’a pas de télévision branchée en direct ne serait ce que pour écouter les informations et la météo et se poser le soir, la connexion internet est très limitée. -Judy et David devraient investir dans une smart tv qui ne coûte pas chère ce qui permettrait d’avoir accès au programme Tv qui ne demande pas de branchement à l’antenne. Sinon je recommande pour des vacances reposantes et déconnexions totale avec la nature…. Merci à vous deux

location à la campagne, au calme

Le gîte est situé dans un endroit agréable, la piscine et le jardin sont un plus. Le logement est fonctionnel malgré le peu de réseau et un téléviseur qui ne sert qu'à la lecture des DVD. une déception vite passée, même chez mes ados, grâce aux activités diversifiées à faire dans le coin : Saint Jean de Côle, le château de Jumilhac... pour des vacances en famille, idéal!

Gîte situé au calme. Tout est présent dans le gîte pour passer de superbe vacances avec les enfants (piscine, aire de jeux, jeux de société, de l'espace, des balades, ...)
