About this property

The newly built 5 star stone villa, approx. 300m ² on 1000m ² of enclosed natural property, offers plenty of space & comfort for up to 10 people. Here you can lie and relax by the pool, exercise in the fitness room + watch TV, sample various regional wines in the hotel's wine cellar or simply sit together on the terrace in the evening and have a barbecue. In our large garden, your children can let off steam in the adventure playground. There is a play tower with a large slide, climbing wall and observation tower, as well as a play house and a small seesaw. If it rains, there is also a children's play corner in the house for the little ones. Also equipped with a slide. The bedrooms are spacious and are located on the 1st floor. The large bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) has its own bathroom with bathtub. The two other bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower & 2 vanities. The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor (double bed)

A new sauna is available in the 2013 season!

The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers: ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher.

Furthermore, the house also has WiFi, a fitness room with an ergometer and spinning bike, as well as exercise mats and smaller training equipment, satellite TV in the living room and the like. in the fitness room, a washing machine, outdoor pool 48 m² (9.30mx 5.20m), deckchairs and parasols by the pool as well as a rattan couch.

The green island of Krk can be easily explored from the central Kras. The surrounding beaches and towns can all be reached quickly by car. We would be happy to provide you with maps of the area.

Traumvilla

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Jasmin, war hervorragend. Die Villa ist genauso wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Sie sauber, wunderschön und der Komfort ist wirklich toll. Der Pool ist ausreichend und für die warmen Temperaturen wundervoll. Die Villa ist zentral gelegen und man kann alles von dort aus erreichen und die Insel erkunden. Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in der Villa verbracht. Vielen Dank Herr Blum

Super!!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Villa ist phantastisch mit sehr viel Privatsphäre. Der Vermieter steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und falls mal etwas sein sollte, wird innerhalb kürzester Zeit Abhilfe geschaffen. Es gilt hier, wie immer: Man erkennt wirklich gute Angebote nicht daran, dass alles IMMER perfekt läuft (denn das mal etwas nicht 100%ig läuft, kann niemand beeinflussen, bei uns war es eine herausgeflogene Sicherung nach einem Gewitter), sondern daran, dass sich sofort darum gekümmert wird. Und das ist hier der Fall! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
