Homestead Hill is a small ranch home located on Thacher Winery's 23-acre estate vineyard, and just minutes from downtown Paso Robles, coastal towns, and more than a hundred wineries. Each of the three bedrooms are simple and clean. The home is located on a working vineyard and is ready for your family or small group of friends to enjoy and relax. You may see tractors or harvest crew depending on the season, however, work in the vineyard work is necessary throughout the growing season. This house has great views of the coastal mountains, is immaculate, and is exclusively used for vacation rental purposes.

The full kitchen is modern and equipped with a 6 burner Electrolux range top and warming drawer, GE double ovens, microwave, gas grill & propane, Bosch dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, and milk foamer, as well as a French press. It has all the prep, serving, and tableware necessities to prepare and serve meals.

Step onto the covered patio and enjoy your meals and some of the wines that you have collected during your stay. The view from the chairs around the fire pit is best (with plenty of firewood). There is also a bonus room, hidden upstairs in a stand-alone structure that is perfect for a good book or for a movie night for the kids.

This vacation rental is a licensed business within San Luis Obispo County, owned and operated by Land Grant LLC. The 23-acre ranch and vineyard are farmed and managed by Thacher Winery & Vineyard Inc. There is no smoking nor parties allowed anywhere on the property.
