The reason we love this place, is it makes your stay very special having your own private beach, the only residential building in Dubai to date and the facilities of the adjoining hotels the DoubleTree Hilton and The Sheraton, the licensed beach bar is great which is part of our private residents only beach, and serves great food and drinks, watersports are close at hand, great for keeping the kids happy .

We have a great local rental agent who will look after all your needs.

Highly Recommended

We really enjoyed our stay here and would very much recommend it to others.

The beds are firm and quite comfortable. Pillows are very good.

The flat is well kept, well-furnished and all is in good working order.

The picture of the pool and ocean view is outdated, and either limited or inaccurate. The apt is on the 32nd floor, much higher than the picture shown. The main eye-sore from either side balcony is the significant amount of construction. You do have to accept that this is Dubai and there is always something being built. It’s also likely that there will not be much left to develop on this end of the Jumeirah beach in 2-3 years time.

The location of the building is on the furthest end of JBR on the Walk on the South end. One might prefer to be closer to the middle. However, what you will get here that you can’t get in the middle is beachfront property with a pool overlooking the beach/ocean. The pool is large and excellent. The beach front is also excellent. You can also get food/drinks from the DoubleTree hotel side which is great. The hotels are situated towards either end to offer the coveted beachfront feature. And the distance of the The Walk is only a few city blocks so you can easily walk from one end to another in the span of 20 minutes. Otherwise this area is THE place to be. It’s also quite expensive and prices seem to be ever increasing…

All told, this is a great apartment in the best area of Dubai with direct pool and beach access. As long as the comparative value is there vis–a-vis hotels offering the same beachfront access, this a terrific spot!

Amazing stay

Location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of JBR. Loved that it was the last condo resort on the beach with the inlet. Leads crowded! The apartment was well appointed with everything that you could need! Loved it and highly recommend this place. Lots of space inside for all.

Absolutely amazing property

We arrived on Christmas Eve ahead of checkin time but we’re accomadated to leave bags in apartment and got keys at 2pm instead of 4pm . We had an amazing Christmas And most certainly intend to return to this beautiful property. From our 1st point of contact with the owner and the many questions I had she was most helpful it truly is a 5* property not to be missed the location is also great and leads onto the beach with many choices of restaurants cafes and shops .

Best family vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. The location of the property with private beach access was everything my family needed. We just returned a few days ago and I'm eager to return to JBR and this property. We enjoyed the gym, restaurants (and 20% resident discount), private beach access, and pool. This resident is near everything. We even met a few of the neighbors who we joined for Yoga on the beach and jet skiing. It was an amazing 8 days which included lots of excursions and sight seeing events. Natalie and her team were amazing. From the 1st time I reached out to her with basic Q&A, to booking the property, our arrival and finally our departure, Natalie and team were amazing. Notice the theme here with the word amazing. But it's true, everything including the property was amazing and flawless. Thank you Natalie for sharing your home.
