A lovely and bright apartment, with a view of the marina and sea from the master bedroom and the sea from the two other bedroom, We offer two luxury king size beds with deluxe sweet dreams mattresses in the main and second bedroom and two good sized single beds with deluxe mattresses in the third bedroom, with an additional small bed in the maids room, all bedrooms are en-suite with showers, toilets and basins, there is also a bath in the master bedroom, in addition to a shower. A guest toilet and basin, is conveniently located in the entrance hallway.

Electric curtain tracks throughout to help you effortlessly control your curtains with just the touch of a button, whether you want to welcome the morning sunshine into your bedroom or achieve the right ambient lighting for film night !

In addition two large beautifully furnished balconies with access from the lounge and bedrooms, enjoy the views of the Persian gulf, smoking is allowed , only on the balconies.

The apartment size is a huge 2,300 sq-ft (214 sq metres) giving a feeling of space and tranquillity .

We can comfortably accommodate up to eight with a maximum of 7 adults only.

2015 from Lucy ,We travel to Dubai at least 3 times a year and can honestly say this apartment is the best place we have stayed , the location is perfect situated on the popular JBR Walk where everything is going on & you want for nothing, even a well stocked supermarket is on your doorstep. The views from every window are absolutely stunning & the large kitted out balconies make it the best and most comfortable place to watch the sunset. The furniture & interior are by far the most luxurious we have seen , the amenities made our stay better than any 5* hotel, the infinity pool overlooks your own private beach which has sun loungers, umbrellas & access to the hotel bar for food & beverages. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious & spacious place to stay in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already re-booked in May 2015 for a longer stay of 10 days as 6 was simply not enough.

Great Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Dubai and the apartment was wonderful. The location is great - close to beaches and the beach walk where you can find many great restaurants. We caught the trams/trains to all the main sights without any issues. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the apartment.

Stunning property, great location, highly recommend

We have recently come home from Dubai after spending 8 nights at Jumeriah Lakes Towers. The apartment was decorated to a high standard with modern furniture. There was 5 adults & 2 children in our group and we had plenty of room in the apartment without feeling we were treading on each other's toes. We received a welcome pack of tea, biscuits, milk, sugar which was just what we needed after a long fight. Whilst staying at the apartment the fire alarm went off on 3 separate times, one of which was in the middle of the night. Please be aware this was very loud & can be startling. We were informed by security that the fire alarm is connected to the building next door which leads to lots of false alarms. The apartment has its own pool and private beach which was always nice and clean. The apartment is in a great location with shops, restaurants and marina mail in walking distance. We travelled to many places further out by cab which was very cheap. I can not fault the apartment and highly recommend to others. However, there is on going construction work opposite and the workers seemed to work round the clock which is noticeable in the early hours of the morning as this could be heard from the master bedroom although it wasn't very loud.

Glad you had plenty of room it is ideal for larger families’ or groups with plenty of bathrooms and space so like you say you’re not treading on each other’s toes! So sorry the buildings fire alarm went off during your stay , I have contacted the buildings management , who have assured me they have found the fault and it won’t happen again they were upgrading the system and testing during your stay , they are very strict on fire alarms in Dubai and as we are part of the Doubletree Hilton hotel they are maintained to the highest standard , next time you stay I will make it up to you ! Yes the welcome pack is very welcome especially after a long late flight ! really appreciate your comments on the location and restaurants and taxis , it’s so useful for future guests , the construction you mention , is all over Dubai at the moment and is the same for everyone on JBR Walk and is minimal for our apartment being high up but worth mentioning , Blue Waters Island will be finished soon , and will be amazing with all the attractions and largest Ferris wheel in the world and will add greatly to the locations appeal . The private beach and pool and bar are fantastic they are also maintained by the hotel .Thanks again for you recommendations and hope you return soon ! Kind Regards Natalie

The description and pictures were very accurate for this location. A great location right off the beach with plenty of food options. At the time they had a mini carnival walking distance 3 min away. The place was very spacious. I loved the master bedroom balcony swing. It was very relaxing in the mornings.

Natalie and the local reps provided excellent customer service. I landed pretty late on NYE, considering traffic and road blocks, they provided great service. I definitely recommend this property and will try to stay here for future stays.

Fantastic Apartment in a great location!

We've recently stayed in this fantastic apartment with a great location at the end of JBR walk. It has its own pool and beach which were both fantastic. The apartment is well equipped with plenty furniture and kitchen equipment but there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 mins walk (including a Starbucks right opposite! :-)). Dubai Marina Mall is within walking distance too as well as other shops along the way. Taxi's are really cheap but it's about the only thing that is so choose restaurants wisely! That said, the food we experienced in every restaurant in which we dined was fantastic - it's the alcohol really that adds to the bill. Definitely recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again.
