What an absolutely stunning location this is, with your own private track to the beach! Stunning throughout with lovely sandstone floors throughout and featuring a lovely Balinese feel, the home comprises of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which one is an outside shower and toilet, 2 spacious living areas, bar, 2 balconies, and a large decked outdoor entertainment area.

The spacious downstairs living/dining area features a cane style lounge and egg chair making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Behind the lounge is a large wooden table perfect for sharing meals with each other. Walk out of the lounge through the large glass door onto the large decked outdoor entertainment area. This area features a bbq and a wooden outdoor table with seating for 6 and also an outdoor egg chair. This is complemented by outdoor umbrellas, making it perfect for your summer bbqs. There are 2 split systems, one upstairs and one downstairs for added comfort.

Bedroom two features a single bed. Look out of this room into a beautiful garden. Bedroom three features a tri-bunk. Bedroom four features a queen bed and looks out onto a beautiful well maintained garden. Downstairs is the main bathroom which features a spa bath and shower overhead.

Walk up the beautifully presented staircase, where you will reach the kitchen/dining area. The beautifully designed kitchen area features a wall oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and even a coffee machine. The kitchen includes a large stainless steel fridge, with an ice making machine. In the dining area there is a wooden table that will seat 8 guests. Next to this area is another spacious lounge room with a flat screen tv and looks out onto an entertaining area overlooking lush green gardens.

The spacious master bedroom features a queen size bed and looks out on a beautiful outdoor area and looks over the lush green garden. There is an ensuite from the master bedroom with spa bath, and his & her vanities.

Situated a short stroll from Silverleaves General Store and the Golf Course.

Beautiful location

A stunning house in the best location in Silverleaves. Very comfortable on those hot nights. We are thankful to the owners for allowing us to share this lovely holiday home.

Booking nightmares with O’Brien real estate

The house was really nice and in a great location but the booking process through O’Brien real estate was a nightmare they had me waiting without any reply for 4 day with one house booking and when I finally got hold of someone they continue to leave me hanging without any answers so asked them to cancel that booking! I booked another house and unfortunately they where the property managers again two days later with no confirmation so after many voicemails I finally got hold of someone they told me they were busy with over 200 hundred property’s to manage!!! Not my problem maybe you need more staff or manage less property’s makes me wonder how many property’s don’t get let because of O’Brien real estate!!!!!

A wonderful bright and airy warm place to enjoy the beach

Really wonderful layout house with lots of light and spaces for the family to enjoy and each have their own space or come together. Was ideal for our winter stay with heating that kept the living spaces warm and inviting. Also lovely to see the wallabies in the early evening, the really easy beach access and trees. The kayaks were a great favourite !

Working holiday

Driving up the drive way to this place literally made one of our staff members jaws drop when he saw the front of the house. A quick exploration led to finding the property backed right onto the beach, and conveniently had some canoes placed ready for us to use. Inside the property was even more impressive than the outside. Fantastic open areas, plenty of them very well suited to communal activities. We had plenty of room for board games, as well as our computers for long weekend of work. The bedrooms were very well kept, with plenty of room for us to all get away from each other when needed. The one critique I could possibly have was the lack of an internet connection, and poor mobile reception, but outside of that, it was really very good and nothing else that I can fault. My team are super excited to go back at some point!
