This beautiful modern holiday home is situated in the very popular Smiths Beach, walking distance to the corner store and the beach.

This stunning property comprises two open plan living areas the upstairs being the main living having tv and DVD and stereo

The downstairs has a tv and sofas and this room opens out into the back garden. This holiday home is ideal for two families. The interior is tastefully appointed with new modern furniture and fittings, polished floor boards, split system, dishwasher and small games room.

Additional features include, a beautifully landscaped garden and an outdoor entertaining area perfect for alfresco entertaining. This would make an ideal holiday home for the most discerning holiday maker.
The back garden is fully fenced and the property is pet friendly by application only!

*Please note, the property has a wood heater however wood is not provided, there are 2 split system for heating and cooling. If you would like to use the wood heater you will need to purchase firewood and kindling from the BP servo in Cowes.

Great house, great location

Serenity at Smiths is a lovely house with a great layout and so close to the Smiths cafe and beach. We loved it and will definitely book again.

Excellent location, great family holiday house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location and the view were even better than was listed. It was one of our best holidays we have had in a long time and we hope to return again one day.
