There are plenty of hiking and cycling trails close by as well as Wheeler and Thorpe Park.

The Birch house is 1300 SQFT and can comfortably sleep 8 people in its 3 bedrooms and Queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom is spacious and has a King bed with direct access to a private deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything a cook should need! The living area is beautifully lit during the day with three sky lights and hosts comfortable seating and a Queen sofa sleeper. The 52" flat screen TV is equipped with DVD player and Apple TV. There is a collection of DVD's to enjoy as well as plenty of books and board games housed on the built in shelves for the entire family! The dining area has a large table and plenty of seating. The larger of the 2 bathrooms is classically decorated with a rustic barn door closure. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace for your comfort no matter the temperature!

The detached, single car garage houses 5 bicycles for your use while you are staying at the Birch House. Three adult cruisers and 2 children's bicycles. Best for cruising into town for a bite to eat, dessert after dinner or a nice cup of coffee! Traveling during the winter? There are sleds and kids snowboards (over the boot) provided!

The outdoor areas at The Birch House are spacious and inviting with plenty of trees! There is a small stone patio with a gas grill off the kitchen for when you feel like grilling at home. There are 2 additional patios around the side yard with plenty of seating to enjoy a book, meals or just relaxing. The larger of the 2 patios boasts Peak Views and has a fire pit for cool nights and roasting s'mores! The yard is completely fenced to help provide a safe place for well behaved family pets.

Fantastic Family Weekend!

  • 5 of 5

We loved the charm of this house. It was very tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was fantastic. You felt as if you were still in the forest, but you're in town. The house is walking distance to the downtown area, which makes it very nice. Jennifer was fantastic to work with and was really accommodating when one of our girls became sick. I would highly recommend this house if visiting Flagstaff. We'll be staying here again, I am sure!

Sweet home in a great location

  • 5 of 5

Our family and dogs stayed two nights in order to attend the Made in the Shade Beer Festival. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our brief stay. The property is dog friendly and the yard is fenced, though the fence is short in some places so we did not leave our dogs out unsupervised. We will definitely rent this property again when we return to Flagstaff!

The house is warm and inviting. Yard is nice for entertaining friends. This is a charming bungolow with modern updates. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

Very comfortable, clean and very well equipped house next to downtown Flagstaff but in a quirky setting that makes you feel you are in the forest. I could not have been happier
