Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Bookings more than 6 days will have a weekly inspection and free light cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment for you and future guests.
- If more than light cleaning is necessary to maintain our place's standards (100% at our discretion), you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Failure to comply with this stipulation will cancel your reservation.
