No Need for a Car because the free Bus Service which stops just steps from our building will take you to Deer Valley, Park City Main Base, The Canyons Village and even Kimball Junction. But if you do choose to bring a car, then we offer one Free Reserved Underground Heated Parking Space in our private garage, which near Main Street is a gold mine! And additional parking passes can be purchased for an additional fee. Please note that if you are bringing a large SUV or tall truck, it will not fit in our low garage but you can park outside in our back spot with a parking permit. There is also a Free private & locked ski, bike or equipment storage room in the garage, so that you don't have to bring your gear up to the condo everyday. We also offer Free High-Speed Internet, WiFi and Cable TV. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, over, stove, microwave & dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer in the condo. We also have a coffee maker, toaster, blender, knife set, pots, pans & bakeware, and a separate wet bar stocked with glasses and tools to enjoy your favorite drink to wind down after a fun day on the mountain! Complete with a new dining room table & bar stools to seat 12!

** Our Outdoor Hot Tub is only open during the Winter Ski Season months. Therefore it is CLOSED from approximately mid-April until Thanksgiving Weekend. **

** If it is found that there are more guests staying in this condo than stated in your initial reservation, we reserve the right to withhold your Damage Deposit AND cancel any remaining days of the reservation without refund. **

Wonderful condo short walk from Town Lift
Six adult men stayed here for a 5 day/4 night ski/snowboard trip to Park City. We mostly picked the place based on the close proximity to the Town Lift, and the property did not disappoint. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the property was though. Very spacious, clean, and well decorated. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc., including a bar cabinet. In-unit clothes washing machine and dryer were nice to have as well. All around a great place that I can't recommend enough. Our host, Jane, was also communicative and helpful prior to our stay. I will not hesitate to stay at any of Jane's properties in the future, and hope to return to the Park City property for another ski trip. Thanks Jane!

Great condo for ski trip
We stayed for the Christmas holiday and enjoyed the cozy condo , the comfy beds and easily accessible hot tub. So easy to get to the slopes and to all of the shops and restaurants of Park City. We actually took the shuttle bus to the main lodge, and that was better for us than the town lift. But both are very easy to use. The condo was clean , comfortable, had a nice fire place and big table for family games.

My husband and I are avid outdoor enthusiasts with two active children, which is why Park City is our absolute favorite place to be in the world! We initially purchased our condo in Park Station because we love skiing, snowshoeing & hiking in the winter! But we soon realized that mountain biking, hiking, and just exploring Main Street & the area in the spring, summer & fall are just as fun and exciting! Some of our favorite things to do are go to the Park Silly Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer, as well as all the festivals & free concerts at the resorts, or to walk to the City Park next door to play tennis, basketball or just run around with our kids (who have enjoyed trying to skate or scooter at the adjacent skate park). And since we are all foodies, we appreciate the abundance of truly amazing restaurants all within walking distance of our condo! Even though we live locally in Salt Lake City, whenever we come up to our condo we feel like we're on vacation because it instantly transports you to an idyllic mountain resort town that is charming, unique, alive & always beautiful!

Located right at the bast of Main Street, it is just steps away from all the action of the shops, galleries, restaurants, entertainment and night life! Yet the condo remains quiet, cozy and private like a mountain retreat should be! Alpine Shadows is located right in the Heart of Old Town Park City! We have a washer and dryer in the spacious 3-bdrm condo, as well as 2 free private parking spaces in our underground heated garage, which on Main Street is worth it's weight in gold! But no cars are necessary because we're steps from the free Park City Public Bus Stop, which will take you everywhere you need to go in Park City without having to rent a car! And we even have a free storage space to hang your skis so you don't have to bring them up to the condo everyday! It is great for both families with children or an adult adventure get-away weekend trip! Great amenities, superior service, amazing views and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!
