Brand New 2 Bedroom Apartment

2 bedroom unit. Approximately 1000 square feet. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master with king bed and smaller bedroom with queen bed. Brand new modern kitchen and washer and dryer.

Modern and thoughtful decorating with a modern wall mounted fireplace. This is the garden/basement suite but there is a partial view of mount Rainier from the living room window on a clear day.

There is cable and WiFi. We accept pets.

Seattle for a comfortable home with lots of conveniences.

We had a wonderful stay. We visited family nearby. Kelly, the owner,reached out to make sure all our needs were met. We had modern basement unit with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, and modern bathroom. Just be aware that there are stairs to get in and also stairs to go into your place. It could be rough if you are not used to this or physically unable to do stairs. Parking can be limited but plenty of streets to find free parking. Last on the list is slight noise from above us but not any different than hotels. I would recommend this place and go back again. It fit all our needs.

Perfect location and Beautiful Renovation!

This basement apartment has been remodeled beautifully! The decor, appliances, lighting, and space was all top notch. The space is open and welcoming - I'm fairly tall and never felt like I was in a basement level room. The location in Fremont was perfect as well, easy access to everything you could need. Absolutely no complaints - as long as you don't mind stairs there's nothing to question! You can occasionally hear water in the pipes and upstairs guests, but nothing carried loud enough to be of any bother. It *may* be an issue if you're an incredibly light sleeper, but I didn't find it any louder than being in a hotel room. No traffic noise from the street and parking in the neighborhood, even in the evening, wasn't an issue. Can't wait to stay here again!

Thank you, Kelly! We had a great stay at your apartment. The kitchen was fully loaded with tools and cookware, the bathroom was super clean and lots of hot water, and the decor was comfortable and stylish. Street parking was easy to find and the neighborhood is quiet, even though you are just a block from Aurora (Hwy 99). We will absolutely be back.

Comfortable apartment in fun part of town

We enjoyed the condo and being in Fremont. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook in. There were lots of good eating options nearby. Kelly was easy to communicate with and gave us great local recommendations. My only tiny reservation is that the on street parking isn't always easy if you are out of practice with parallel parking.

Clean and Cozy, Near Great Neighborhoods

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) loved this apartment in the Fremont area. We walked to great restaurants and shops, and it was an easy drive to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed, and on one clear day, we had a stunning view of Mt. Rainier from the front porch. Highly recommend!

Fun and lively Seattle neighborhood of Fremont. Walking distance to some of Seattle's most notable new restaurants The Whale Wins and Manolin. Both of these on lower stone way. Near the Burke Gillman trail and famous gasworks park. This building is a 6 minute drive to Downtowwn Seattle and adjacent to Wallingford, Ballard and Greenlake.
