Tuscan Hills is a gated community with a distinctly Italian feel. Terracotta tiled roofs, lush landscaping and window shutters definitely give this development an upscale Meditteranean ambiance.

This courtyard villa is small on size but big on space. Located on a corner plot at the end of the courtyard, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the remainder of the house being open plan. The whole place has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is modern and relaxing. The family seating area has a corner sectional sofa with chaise, widescreen flatscreen TV, DVD player and patio doors. The dining table seats 6 and is next to the kitchen and this is fully equipped with smart black appliances including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser. There is also bar seating for 2 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, twin basins and WC. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and double closet. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, double closet, flatscreen TV and a Mickey Mouse theme. Family bathroom has a bath/shower, basin and WC.

Outside there is a fully screened in pool with good sized sunbathing deck, patio table seating 6 and 2 sun loungers. The property is surrounded by hedges or a wall so is afforded a good deal of privacy. Free WIFI throughout the house.

Shops/restaurants are within a 5 minute drive and the Disney attractions are only 15 minutes away.

Enjoyed our stay

A generally good experience. Not as good a value for money as expected - sofa and chair in living room need replacing; some of the kitchen appliances need fixing or replacing. Pool and community were great. Close to amenities and attractions.

Great vacation villa

Very nicely maintained neighborhood. Nice walking around the property. Our villa was bright and nicely designed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable according to guests and for us We would definitely stay here again. Close to Disney and Margaritaville resort and it’s Sunset Walk restaurants and shops. Management company was great. Our only wish would be for new living room furniture as some of the cushions and springs were worn out. We spent 2 months here.

Decent home but needed a lot of cleaning

The home itself is located in a nice gated community close to the parks and other major attractions, however, the state of the home inside was not at all acceptable. Upon arrival to the home we noticed that the floors, furniture, dishes and most importantly bed sheets were not clean. Bed sheets head stains and human hair on them. It almost looked like they were never replaced in between stays. Upon seeing this we called the property management company and they sent cleaners to replace the bed sheets. Bath towels were also dirty and we had to wash them a couple of times before using them. Glassware and silverware we also had to wash because they had stains. The sofa had a smokey smell to it and we definitely suggest that they wash it. The stools at the kitchen bar had dried food stains. The idea of renting a house was to come and relax but we ended up cleaning a lot of the mess for the first couple of days. One would expect the house to be clean upon arrival especially during Covid-19 pandemic. The house has a great potential but cleaning should be taken much more seriously.

Lovely villa in quiet community. Great for relaxing after mayhem of daily theme park visits.

Wal-Mart 2.5 miles away. I 27 and US192 close by for quick routes to attractions.
