Come share our Maui dream condo, Blue Wave, located in the heart of Kihei! Delight in this comfortable, newly remodeled one bedroom, air conditioned home that can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the ground floor, the unit is conveniently located, opening up directly from the lanai onto lush tropical gardens and steps away from our blue tiled swimming pool.
Blue Wave is a 3 minute walk to Charley Young beach (Kamaole Beach Park #1) and Surf Cove. This is one of the best beaches on Maui for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, beginning surfing or just relaxing in tranquility. Be sure to come back to the beach at twilight to see the most spectacular sunsets on the island! Enjoy a 10 minute stroll into town for groceries, morning coffee (don’t forget the Kihei Caffe for the best cinnamon roll ever!), dinner, happy hour, snorkel/surf board rental, walk to movie theatre and more!
Our condo has a newly appointed bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV and windows to let in the island breezes and scents ~ perfect for some R&R. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a Smart TV with over 300 channels including music channels for your listening pleasure. Disconnect and get on island time, or stay connected with our high-speed internet.
Blue Wave's new fully equipped kitchen includes upgraded appliances as well as all the necessary utensils and pans to whip up pupus or make breakfast before heading out in the surf and sun for the day. The use of wood and modern furnishings make this get away unique for discerning and smart travelers. Come enjoy and experience Blue Wave!

Great place !

Great place ! Very close to everything, super clean, great area. Has all the amenities and extras you need! Only comment is If you like to sleep in after 8 it can get a little noisy with people rummaging around outside the bedroom window.

Wonderful Location

Great location as a base in Maui. Kihei has lots of options for food and some top beaches. Very clean property, lots of beach equipment provided and the kitchen was great. Designated car parking spot in front of the unit was also handy. Only negatives were other residents regularly made noise outside quiet hours and blackout curtains would be good for the bedroom. These are only minor quibbles and I would recommend as a place to stay in a good location for a very reasonable price.

Perfect!

Perfect holiday in Kihei. great location - across from the beach and within walking distance of shops/cafes. The place is very well set up with beach chairs and a very well stocked kitchen. Remodelled unit is comfortable and stylish. Owner's were great with communication - emails in advance about access and location, and happy to answer any questions. Would recommend to others!

Great little spit

This apartment was the perfect fit for what we needed on this trip! It was a great location, we could walk to whatever we wanted to do, you are a stones throw from the ocean and it had everything we needed on our stay! The pool was great & there was plenty of room for two people! The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler…beach towels! You just show up and enjoy they stay without worrying over the small details! Loved this location!

For over 25 years, each of us have individually relished traveling to the Hawaiian Islands. Once we experienced Maui together, it made sense for us to purchase our dream condo, creating a vacation home we could appreciate, and share, for years to come.

Kihei is centrally located to the best Maui has to offer, including excellent access to beaches, local lifestyle and the western facing view for spectacular sunsets. Kalama Terrace was one of the first complexes to install solar panels. Meticulously kept park like gardens, an inviting pool/BBQ area and the quietness of being off the main road are all inviting features.

What makes this property unique

Blue Wave is located on the ground floor with the lanai just steps away from the pool. Air conditioning keeps things cool when the trade winds are still. We have tastefully remodeled our condo with a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, Smart TV's, high speed internet and comfortable queen size beds. With beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, insulated beaches bags, basic kitchen spices, starter toilet paper, paper towels, bath soaps, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer included, we have sought to anticipate and meet your vacation needs.
