Due to its rural nature, our internet is provided by satellite so is not very speedy for streaming and large data downloads. Email, wifi based messaging and lite data apps work great. Cell phone service is spotty for most carriers and we do have a landline # and it is a 3 minute drive to our gate puts you back into full cell range for all carriers. We find its nice excuse to relax when we let people know we won't be easily reachable by cell phone at the house - we give out the number and use iMessage.

The pool is heated late spring to early fall, the spa is heated year round.
