This is a fully furnished, very clean, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with a large, recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, and new cabinets.

The main floor consists of a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room, all with water views; as well as a laundry and full bath.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a half bath. The MBR has a king size bed and the second room has a queen and one twin beds.

The furnace is new in the last five years and the gas/forced hot water heat is very comfortable

The backyard is grass, gardens and private.
