Pool and hot tub a stone's throw from the front door of this ideal Village, 2 level penthouse corner unit. The expansive mountain views from both levels of this unit are gorgeous! It is across from the shuttle pick up (free of charge), 5 minutes to lifts, or you can walk to the lifts in 10-15 minutes. Marketplace Village is across the street, with grocery, liquor store and restaurants. The center of Village Stroll is a 5 minute walk. This unit is ideal in winter and summer!

The Master bedroom boasts a brand new King bed and the second bedroom with Queen bed and brand new bunk beds are perfect for 2 families, an extended family or friends looking to spend quality time together. 42" inch HD TV in living room with 36" TV in the Master, both with cable, Movie Central and TSN. WiFi included. There are 2 full baths, with shower and jetted tub upstairs and full shower down. The new stackable in suite laundry is very convenient and the large, covered balcony with BBQ can be used all year. The large entry way with spacious closet and separate ski rack with bench is ideal for storing ski/snowboard equipment. A heated underground parking space is included for all rental terms.

The Northstar is in an ideal location. We looked at many complexes in Whistler before deciding on the Northstar. For us, the Northstar has the best of everything. The Whistler lifts are only a 5 minute shuttle (which is right outside your door) or a 10-15 minute walk away. This unit is across the street from groceries, liquor store, restaurants and shopping, yet far enough away from the central village (a 5-10 minute walk) to keep the noise at bay. It is Whistler Village living at its best.

Brilliant location and great set up for family stay!

We came to Whistler as a family to hike, bike and eat delicious food and this home away from home made it possible. The condo is spacious, clean, offers nice deck and views and is just steps from grocery store. Our 9 year-old daughter loved the pool and we all had a relaxing stay with memorable dinners out!

Great location

The unit was located as close as possible to the hot tub/pool entry, which is important when you’re wet and cold at 20 degrees. Also, there is a grocery store just across the street. Overall great stay and Stacey was great to work with.

Great location, great layout, highly recommended!

It was actually hard to find a place with multiple beds for a small group of longtime friends but I'm really glad I found this. There's not much I can add to the description, it's all true and there's a "new" feeling about the whole place. There wasn't single thing that seemed dated. The location is really, really good in terms of easy access to everything without having to be in the middle of everything. The only thing I'd add to the description is the amount of natural light from the large windows; that was the first thing I noticed when I walked in

Family Ski Vacation

Great condo for family of five. Well appointed, updated, condo in a great location. 5 minute walk to everywhere in the Whistler village area, including the ski lifts. We would definitely stay here again.

7 night stay for a family of 5

I stayed in this condo with my family of 5 for a week over the holidays.

Pros: Great location. It was a short walk across the street to the bus stop and was walkable to the village. The mountain views were lovely.

Cons: Two days into our trip my daughter developed a severe cough. Upon inspection of her bedroom I discovered furry black mold growing in the windowsill inches from her bed. I found the same mold in the master bedroom windowsill.

*The host did not voluntarily provide me with the address or check-in information. After I landed in Vancouver on the morning of my scheduled check-in and still had not received anything, I had to contact the host to request the information.

*I am a frequent VRBO traveler and I always find that the homes I rent include all the household items needed for the function of the house and the guests. (TP, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc) The check-in packet provided a list of basic supplies that would be provided. When one of the listed supplies was missing at check-in, I contacted the host and was quickly informed that I was not staying in a hotel and that the person who rented the condo before me should have purchased supplies and stocked the condo for me. The host took no responsibility and no remedy was offered. I found this very odd given that the welcome packet expressly stated that certain items would be provided. Some of the items that were provided were not enough to last the duration of the trip. I did my grocery shopping in Vancouver prior to check-in so that I could avoid paying high resort prices, but I had to spend my first day in Whistler shopping and overpaying for basics like dish soap and toilet paper. This was a frustrating start to my trip. These are supplies I have never had to buy for a VRBO rental before.

*Although the house is advertised for 7 people, and I disclosed up front that I was bringing a family of 5, we were only provided with 4 bath towels and ended up having to use pool towels to shower.

*The hot water ran out after 2 showers.

I think the condo has the potential to be great if the mold is remediated and some more thought is put into providing the appropriate linens and supplies for the size of group staying and duration of the stay.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for bringing this issue of suspected mould to our attention. Humidity and dust build up does leave some residue on the window sills and tracks, however, it is not black mould. We have asked the cleaners to ensure the sills and window tracks are clean at each cleaning. 4 of each type of towel are found under the sink in each bathroom, with 8 towels provided in total for each type. Apologies this information was not included in the Welcome Book and your family was inconvenienced. We appreciate your discomfort at having run out of dish soap and we did find the bottle under the bathroom sink upstairs, where someone may have left it after using it for bubbles in the tub. We have also left extra bottles with the cleaning company to replace as needed. We wish you safe travels on your next holiday.

The condo is in a very convenient location - near the shuttle stop, grocery & liquor stores.

Well equipped unit in a building right behind front traffic circle. Convenient to hot tub, pool, shuttle, grocery and village stroll. Was quiet all night after 10p. Only drawback - 2nd bedroom was very cramped with a queen bed and bunk beds. No dresser and just a few inches to move around. If one needs extra beds it works, but very tight quarters for us. Master was plenty roomy and 2nd full bathroom is a plus.
