About this property

The Roof house was completely renovated in May 2011 (heating, bathroom, insulation, flooring etc). Even the steep stairs was replaced in December 2011 by a new more accessible staircase (see picture corner set). The ground floor houses the large living room with dining table and an open kitchen, and the bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. The large 119 cm LCD televisions in the living room, as well as the LCD TV in the bedroom is, all TV inspire friends. For cozy evenings there is a corner set. The fitted kitchen in L-shape has electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, water and egg cooker. New shower room with toilet and washing machine with storage for your utensils.
January 2012 was installed a second toilet upstairs.

einfach schön...

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben unsere Tage im Nurdachhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, um anzukommen und sofort in den Urlaub zu starten. Die große Treppe, die für ein Nurdachhaus eher ungewöhnlich ist, macht es für einen Aufenthalt mit Baby sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser geht's nicht !!!

Hier kann man nur ein riesengroßes Lob aussprechen. Ein top renoviertes, sehr gut gepflegtes, supersauberes und toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie. Durch die breite Treppe konnten sich auch unsere Kleinen (1,5 und 3,5 Jahre) dort frei bewegen und es gibt sogar ein Treppenschutzgitter, um die Treppe abzusichern. Hervorragend auch der für ein Ferienhaus extrem große und schöne Garten, der zum Ausruhen und Spielen einlädt. Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice gibt es zum vernünftigen Preis und für alle großen und kleinen Anliegen steht der überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter zur Verfügung. Individuelle Absprachen bezüglich An- und Abreise funktionierten ausgezeichnet und wir fühlten uns fast zwei Wochen lang wie zuhause. Für Familien mit Kindern bietet die Lage des Hauses viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten durch die Nähe zum Strand, zwei große Spielplätze in der Nähe, ein tolles Hallenbad mit Wasserrutschen u.v.m. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wiederzukommen !!! Vielen Dank an Herrn Maschke und eine klare Buchungsempfehlung für alle Interessenten! Ein super Haus mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir haben das Haus zum allerersten mal für 14 Tage gehabt und uns auf anhieb richtig wohl gefühlt, sodass wir es im nächsten Jahr direkt wieder gebucht haben. Es ist eines der besten Häuser in dem wir bisher gewesen sind.

Ein Superhaus

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der gemütliche Garten, die Entfernung zum Strand, der Bäcker um die Ecke und einfach mal am Abend am Yachthafen sitzen, vielleicht bei einem Gläschen Wein und die Seele baumeln lassen. Ein sehr netter Vermieter ist das I- Tüpfelchen.
