About Jennifer Rylance

This duplex was purchased by Meg and Billy as their first investment home. They have stripped it back to it's bones and rebuilt with you in mind. The family business is holiday homes, so that's what they have created.

Their parents Tim and Jenny, own and operate Lambert House and Carrington Manor and have been in accommodation for 24 years. Our newest property Tallywood in Auchenflower, was purchased with our cousins, Cam and Jackie Rylance. We will be working as a team to maximize the number of guests we can host. So please let us know your numbers and dates, we can usually juggle things to ensure everyone is happy.

Why Jennifer Rylance chose Auchenflower

The western suburbs are the place to be.

Auchenflower is perfect for Lang Park (Suncorp Stadium) attendees, to watch visiting teams succumb to our local sporting heros and have somewhere magical to return to relive the event.

Paddington and Rosalie and Milton boast some of the most fabulous cafes and restaurants. Perfect venue if the city, or Wesley Hospital or Lang Park or University of Qld are among your visit sites. Buses leave every 10 mins or so to the city, from 300 m away.

Auchenflower is a trendy area, mostly home to young professional families and city workers. The area features some of the best examples of grand Queenslander homes and also some original workers cottages, now revamped as inner city pads for the young and young at heart. The streets are leafy, the architecture diverse and interesting and it is considered a very safe place to walk.

Jenni, Steve and I stayed at MM at the beginning of the year with our 2 children and loved it. We are now moving back to Melbourne early next year and Steve needs a place for a few weeks, he would like to stay in a studio this time.

The unit was well equipped with modern appliances and furniture is good quality and modern too. My daughter and I are very happy about the unit. The owner is not on site but attentive and flexible. The water pressure, parking and security were very good. Thank you so much.

The unit was so nicely decorated and felt like hotel quality. The space was really effectively used with all the appliances and extras you need and you didn't feel like you were in a studio apartment. The whole process with Jenny was so easy and nothing was trouble. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Townhouse was the perfect place for our small family. The house had everything we could possibly need and had a great homely feel. The sleep outs were brilliant for our boys they loved having their own little space but were still close to us. Great to have 2 bathrooms one which included a bath for the kids. There was also a great outdoor area to quietly relax. Auchenflower is lovely and quiet but you're also still very close to the city and shops.
