Cheery Historic Home, A Walk Away from Downtown/MSU

Welcome to Ollie's House in historic Bozeman.

This is a renovated two-story home with three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 full) and three full baths. Two full baths are upstairs and one full bath is on the main floor. Everything has been updated yet still has historic charm only with more space and conveniences. Enjoy the warm and sunny rooms where color fills the walls with artwork from regional and local artists.

The kitchen has wood counter tops, an electric range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, a Ninja blender/mixer, pots/ pans, dishes, cooking utensils, spices and dry goods (flour, sugar, etc.) . The dining area has a table with the option to include a leaf to seat six. We also have a well-stocked library where you can read about Bozeman, the hiking regions or wild life of the Rocky Mountains.

Nearby downtown Bozeman is a vibrant western Main street with shops, galleries, theaters, bars, restaurants and all local attractions. One block away is a great ice cream parlor and the excellent Community Food Co-Op. Copper Park is another block away where you can picnic or play. MSU's campus's football stadium, student center and theaters are is also a quick walk from home. Stroll over to the Farmers Market, the Art Walk or utilize the city’s awesome bike and walking paths.

In the summer use the grill in the secluded patio or hang out and read a book. Go for a run or walk along the many walking trail options right in the city limits. No matter what you are into, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, river rafting or pure leisure you can find your space and tempo here.

There is no access to a washer and dryer on the property but a laundromat is 2 blocks away. All linens are provided. Off street parking is allowed. The house has fast wireless internet and there is a 50” flat screen TV with Roku but no cable service. You have the option to include in your rental the basement bedroom, full bath and space. ( This has one bedroom with a queen and a full bath. Let Kerry know if you would need this additional bedroom.)

With all of the great things to do in Montana we encourage you to explore all the area has to offer. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails and rafting links. We have lived in Bozeman for 28 years and have some good tips catering to what suits you best.
