Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You are paying for location. Cute home. The beds are very uncomfortable. Improper sheets on upstairs bed. Its 1 bedroom with no doors, has upstairs loft. Jacuzzi is nice, but you cant turn sown the heat. Great customer service. Had early check in and Late check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cozy place. It’s a real cabin and had all amenity’s. I am from Texas and thought everyone had AC but at big bear not needed. It is a little warm in the day and it was cold in the evening. Cabin really did not need AC. Managment company was super helpful his name is Ken if I Rember correctly and was always available and easy to talk with. I would rent again.Shelby
