Revel in an exclusive penthouse level beach condo at the Lorelei II in one of only a few rentals available in the primarily owner-occupied condo building overlooking a family friendly swimming pool with free sun! This freshly painted 2BR/2BA condo RENTS SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ONLY sleeps 6 and is located across the street from fabulous Northside Park and a just a few short walking blocks to the beautiful white sandy beach voted as one of the country’s best by Coastal Magazine. Appreciate a less crowded beach and sunny areas not shaded by large, towering buildings. It is easy to get to, clean, and beautiful.
The park side condo, which has been professionally decorated and furnished, freshly painted and is meticulously clean, is smoke free and follows CDC sanitizing guidelines and located in the quiet section of North Ocean City. It offers a well maintained and fully equipped kitchen with place settings for 12, 50" Samsung flat screen TV with DVD player in the LR, Samsung LED flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, new full-size washer / dryer, and Free Wi-Fi. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, separate double sink vanity/make up area, and newly renovated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a full-size bed along with a twin bed. In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.
Enjoy cocktails on the NEW balcony furniture during the sunset because “It’s five o’clock somewhere.” The storage room has for your use: 3 large beach carts, four (7) beach chairs, two (3) beach umbrellas, four (4) boogie boards, three (3) noodles, two (2) crab traps, two (2) crab nets and a large bucket full of sand toys. So, bring your sunscreen, beach towels, and linens and come and enjoy your beach vacation! Check out our YouTube video "Beach & Bay Lorelei II Unit 404". There is private off street covered parking for two (2) vehicles. Sorry, no pets due to a condo policy and there is no smoking on the premises.
Northside Park (58 acres) offers crabbing, fishing, kayaking along with the walking/jogging paths, biking, children’s playground, yoga area, free exercise/fitness equipment, rest rooms, grilling facility, and a pavilion. A perfect location for out of town visitors participating in softball, lacrosse, and soccer tournaments. Every Sunday (July-August) enjoy “Sundaes in the Park” where musical groups perform for free and kids make their own Sundaes. On the 4th of July experience front row seats to the fireworks from the Lorelei II.
Do not hesitate to make your reservation so you are not disappointed. You may never want to leave this beautiful vacation spot.

Rentals to groups under the age of 25 are not permitted.

An amazing condo and beautiful stay in a quiet, very family friendly location!

To say this condo and location was amazing is an understatement. It is located bayside in North O.C., which offers a much more quiet beach experience. It is right next to Northside Park and with 2 children, this offered a great addition to the beach. The park has a huge playground, trails, ponds, and offered concerts on Sundays with fireworks to end. Beach access is easy and only a 5 min walk. The condo itself is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. It seems to be a very family oriented complex as well away from the younger beach goers. It comes with a storage closest that has everything you could possible need for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and a wagon, which was perfect to transport all the beach gear. The condo has a good size balcony overlooking the pool. The condo is also within walking distance of several great eateries. And communication was nothing short of perfect. We unfortunately had a very difficult family emergency during our trip that cut our stay short. John was beyond understanding and offered very individualized communication for which we were very appreciative. John sends good info prior to the stay. He even checked in after the 1st night and gave us info on a nearby rocket launch at night to watch. I couldn't recommend John's condo enough. We were lucky to have found this condo available and hope to stay again.

Awesome property and location

Beautiful condo, had everything we needed! Great location for beach and anything else we wanted to do. Easy parking, quick walk to beach. Condo was as described, beds comfy, and very well-appointed kitchen and any other supplies needed. Loved sitting on balcony in morning and evening !

Relaxing Late Summer Getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway, including a location that can't be beat - far away from the craziness of the boardwalk, right next to Northside Park, where we saw a beautiful, majestic heron fishing for its breakfast on one of our early morning runs. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need to eat most meals in if you want to. However, there are lots of places to eat within a couple of blocks - Tequila Mockingbird, Dumsers, Starbucks, Grotto Pizza, Uber Bagles - you can leave your car parked and not worry about driving if you have an adult beverage (or more than one)...John is very easy to reach whenever you have any questions. Everything about this place was just what we needed for our stay.

Why they chose this property

Our family has vacationed at the Lorelei II for many years. We loved the location to Northside Park and the short walk to the beach. A newer building located in north Ocean City is in a quiet section of town near the Delaware line and is convenient to access. The property is family oriented with a great pool. The beach is not shadowed by larger tower buildings during the afternoon and provides sun all day.
