Elegant 3 Bedroom+Den Patio Home With Private Yard And Spa, Nicely Furnished.

My family Tucson vacation home available for occasional VRBO rentals. Pet friendly with nice walled garden patio and spa, 2 car garage with auto opener, fully furnished with nice appliances, barbecue, washer dryer, ice maker. I have owned the home for 12 years...my children used it when they went to the U. of Arizona. I now use it when I come to Tucson. I am building apartments and a Family Dollar department store. It is not a crappy rental, it is a deluxe family home, furnished nicely with everything you need for a week or a weekend. not available long term. Weekly rate better by $216.00 over 7 x 288.00

A wonderful place to stay for a Tucson visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe Graham's place in Tucson. It was our home for four weeks in February and March, and really felt like home to us. We love the location, tucked away near the Rillito River and close to many of the things we enjoy about Tucson. Joe made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay great, and we enjoyed meeting him halfway through our stay. The home was roomy and well taken care of. We had a very happy time there, and hope to return again soon!

Home away from home

Wonderful house. It is spotless, spacious, uncluttered, and very comfortable! The location is excellent, quiet and residential, while close to conveniences and amenities. The master bedroom area is as described, quite private with a large bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The very comfortable furniture includes comfortable couches and easy chairs, and the full-sized desks in the house are uncluttered and convenient. The kitchen is large and open. Joe was kind enough to let us stay there with our daughter and son-in-law's two well-trained dogs, and it was a great home base for us to return to during our busy week in Tucson for our son's wedding. We would love to make this our "home base" when we visit family in Tucson. Great house all around.

A perfect house for a biking vacation

We were three couples from Wyoming and Washington state on a bike riding vacation. The house was perfect for us: plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a spacious kitchen/dining and living room. The clean garage was a wonderful bonus for storing our bikes every day, and for putting them together at the beginning and breaking them down at the end. We also appreciated the ample parking for our two vans. The location was excellent for biking. We were able to plan great trips in and out of Tucson in all directions. Joe and his cleaning staff quickly responded to all our needs, with a couple of glitches that were resolved satisfactorily.

Tucson Townhouse

The townhouse location has easy access to hiking, downtown, and a short walk to the paved trail along the Rillito River. The neighborhood is residential and quiet with shopping one mile away. There are many pluses, including spacious dining area, hot tub, enclosed patio with outdoor table, wonderful pantry, office/extra bedroom, two-car garage, additional parking in the driveway if needed, and three TVs. The unit is excellent for six people and ample for eight. Joe, the owner, responds quickly to renter requests. Three of these were replacing the set of silverware, place mats for the dining table, and two toilet seats. The hot tub was not operational when we arrived Jan. 1. We were extremely impressed that the owner immediately sent a maintenance person Jan. 2 (a holiday and bowl game day) to remedy the situation. Amazing response! The unit is very well-stocked with paper products for the renters.

While the owner responds promptly to renter requests, he may not be aware of a number of smaller aspects that detract from the renter's experience. An inventory checked by one assigned person after each renter leaves is needed so that the owner is aware of inadequacies and needed replacement of older (two plastic deck chairs with cracks, equipment , duck tape holding dining room table together) or absent items (cookie sheet, colander, hot pads). Such an inventory may not have occurred for a longer time than is optimal. Usually, the realtor or assigned agent is responsible for this on a regular basis. The inventory can be used to design a long-term plan for periodic deeper cleaning of the unit, too. Attention to a number of smaller items will increase the quality of the unit and make for happier renters. Attention to a number of smaller aspects will result in a superior housing for 6-8 people at a very fair rental fee.

Owner's Response: Sorry...my first 3 star ever......we really tried to accommodate Mr Belka.....I guess we didn't have a few things they had a home...a large colander, etc. We laid holiday rates to get the spa fixed for him and sent over a new Costco $50 box of silverware...turned they were just mis filed..in the wrong drawer. The dining room table had a loose bolt...it got fixed...... Hope you look a that'll the other 5 star reviews.....
