About this property

Our condo is located in Silverthorne, CO in the Wildernest neighborhood. There are great views in all directions. Unit # is 6924. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a 2 story end unit townhome that has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen, new carpet, granite bathroom sinks, and furnishings. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other. The queen size bed has a new memory foam mattress and new Smart TV. The bunk bed has a full size bed on the bottom. We just purchased a new queen sleeper sofa. Also, there is an inflatable mattress. The unit has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a Blu-Ray and DVD player. HD Cable and free WiFi. It sleeps 6 comfortably. There are two parking spaces located just outside the unit. The parking is first come, first serve.

The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood that has access to the forest trails directly behind it. You can take a hike or go cross country skiing right from your front door. World Class Ski Resorts Vail, Copper Mnt, Breckenridge, and Keystone are all about 20-40 min drive. There is a free bus that will take you all around the county.

Winter Spot

This condo was a great experience all around. The owner communicated all of the check in instructions days before the trip. We were able to check in early and the best part was that it was super easy to get to. The inside was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for skiing. This area is really quiet in the evenings also. I would 100% stay here again.

Prefect for family of four!!!

Everything thing was great!!!! Someone to shovel the snow would have been nice, but we signed up for a winter experience. The beds were awesome!!! Not wore down and beat up. Sleep great every night, all four of us. Parking was easy, no issues. We cooked dinner every night there and had no issues. We only watched maybe 45 minutes of TV. Internet was no issue. My wife was able to do work on laptop and I do my online schooling without any issues. Internet speed was great. We were able to access all our activities in Summit County for this condo without issue. Just note if snow storm comes in to give yourself a little extra time. We will plan on getting this condo next time we visit this area.

Silverthorne condo

Needs updating, lower bathroom tile is moldy, needs to be sprayed with bleach! The bedroom with single queen mattress need to be replaced, my husband felt like the mattress was going downhill near the headboard! Great location!

Fantastic value, Clean and cozy property

We are a family of six and stayed at this property for two nights over Thanksgiving break. The property was clean, cozy, warm, and had everything that we needed. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Communication with the property manager was efficient and timely. We even caused some minor property damage, and the owners fixed it themselves and charged us a very reasonable amount. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We love this condo. It is just the right size for a family or two couples. The location is perfect and close to all the different resorts as well as Denver and DIA.
