A fabulous stay

We had a great two week stay at Dave’s apartment. It was cosy, spotlessly clean and just perfect for our family of four. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals and the high ceilings made the lounge area feel spacious and bright and airy. Noise does travel in from the hallway but we didn’t have any problems at all with it during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when next back at Whistler. A wonderful stay!! Thanks Dave!!

Family Stay

As a family of 4 this condo provided us a great amount space for our stay. It was great to have the kids toboggan hill and skating rink right in front door. Food market and many restaurants near by, about 10minute walk to lifts. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice spot just far enough away from the bustle

Condo was just what me and a friend needed for a couple days of skiing. Easy walk to central Village, clean and comfortable.

Bosch Holdings consists of myself, Dave and my wife Karen. We both were born and raised in Saskatchewan and now live in the False Creek area of Vancouver. Karen is a morning show radio announcer at the local Country station, 937 JRFM. My career is boring and a little less dynamic as I own and operate an insurance company!

Why they chose this property

After owning and enjoying a vacation property in the Phoenix area for 5 years, the unattractive exchange between the Loonie and the Greenback forced us to reconsider our goals. We decided on and are ecstatic with the opportunity to own a vacation property in Whistler, Canada's Four Season playground. Known for it's skiing, we visited several times to enjoy world class dining, spas and relaxing accommodations. There is a very unique vibe to Whistler... just walking down The Village Stroll, you get the sense you are someplace special!

What makes this property unique

We looked at several properties , but the minute we walked into this condo we knew it was the one. The twenty foot ceilings makes the place seem much larger than the actual square footage. Looking down from the loft, you view the entire space. The Pure Bread bakery downstairs fills the entire building with that fresh baked bread smell day and night and is a staple for breakfast goodies to go with your morning coffee.
