A variety of restaurants are only 4 miles away along with Walmart for grocery shopping. Dollywood, go-karts, mini-golf, WonderWorks, live shows, and the Tanger Outlet Mall are only minutes away. Don’t miss the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ober Gatlinburg with skiing, ice skating, tubing, aerial tramway, shopping and more. There is so much to do, or do nothing at all!

Summit View Cabin is very close to all the local attractions yet remote enough for you to experience the serenity of the mountains. Traveling to nearby attractions and Gatlinburg is easy by taking the back roads and avoiding tourist traffic on the Parkway.

Payment: 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due thirty (30) days before arrival. Reservations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival require 100% of the total rent at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. No discounts or refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrival, early departure, or if you are unable to arrive at the cabin due to bad weather, snow, or road conditions. Chains and/or 4-wheel drive are recommended for snow and ice. We suggest cancellation/travel insurance. VRBO offers this type of insurance.

Amazing views and VERY clean!

This property was one we will surely come back to! The first thing we noticed was how clean and fresh smelling this cabin was. You just cannot find a better view. Location was great, kitchen fully stocked with anything you need to cook. Kids enjoyed spending time in the loft. Beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend!

Anniversary Trip

Great stay with a great view! Hot tub was amazing and the living space was amazing. No complaints. We didn’t see any bears this time, but we did see 3 wild turkeys while we were in the hot tub…lol!!! Great communication with owners. Access to cabin is on a resort and it’s easy to get to. Any type of vehicle can get there. No real privacy though if u want to sit on the front porch. Best to sit on the back deck where there is a little bit more privacy. But you are still close enough to neighbors on both sides to hear conversations of you are outside on the deck but it’s what to expect when staying on a resort. But still 10/10 5 stars!

This property is simply amazing! Linda, the property owner, exuded professionalism, with her attention to detail and excellent communication being standout qualities. Excellent Cabin

The cabin was very clean. The welcome book tells you everything you need to know about the cabin and how to work everything. The kids enjoyed the arcade machine and the loft.

Will stay again!

If we ever rent a cabin in this area again, we would definitely stay here. Our trip was cut short because we had to get back to a work emergency, but the few days we got to stay-the cabin was clean, fun, and we have no complaints! We have rented cabins before that were terrible so this was a gamble and we didn’t know what to expect. I’m glad we stayed here!

When we found Summit View, we knew it was the perfect location for a family vacation or a quiet romantic getaway. Some of best mountain views in the Smokies! Our cabin has an amazing, unobstructed view of the beautiful Smoky Mountains and Mt. LeConte. Grandview Resort has it all. Pool, Jacuzzi, kids pool, and even a Zipline. The area is quiet and serene, but close enough to all the activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with easy access. No scary, steep roads to get to the cabin.

There is something fun for the whole family. Scenic drives, hiking, shopping, golf, skiing and tubing, dinner shows, Ober Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Splash Country, and don't miss The Island with it's 200 ft ferris wheel. You can stay as busy as you like or simply relax and enjoy your time in the cabin.
