About this property

'Villa Wolin MIDi' is a comfortably designed holiday home (built in 2003) with an 800 sqm, enclosed property. The house is located near Kolczewo, a very quiet place. The village in which the holiday home is located is only 3 km from the Baltic Sea coast. The nearby beaches offer exceptionally quiet relaxation and fantastic views!

Villa Wolin MIDi is a perfect alternative for your family vacation or simply for relaxation in nature.

An internationally known Amber Baltic golf club is 2 km from the house.

Inquiry and booking:
If you have received confirmation from us that the desired period is free and you have informed us by e-mail or by phone (within 2 days!)that you want to book, we reserve the house for you. You will then receive the rental contract by email or fax within 2 days.

Payment:
You pay 40% of the rental amount within 7 days and 60% of the rental amount 6 weeks before the start of the trip. After receiving the 1st Rental payment, your booking is valid and the house is reserved for you. You will receive a confirmation from us for every payment.

In most cases, the security deposit is paid in cash on site.

Super Haus, toller Familienurlaub

Das Haus und die Vermieterin sind super. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, man hatte alles was man benötigt hat. Die Kommunikation lief gut ab. Leider fehlten die Handynummern. Gerne hätten wir noch ein paar Sachen schneller übers Telefon geregelt. Daraus haben wir gelernt. Der Ort allerdings hat noch Luft nach oben Die Straßen, wenn man sie so nennen kann, sind eine Vollkatastrophe. Keine Restaurants in der Nähe, das was bei Google Maps zu finden war war leider geschlossen. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger ländlicher Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen ländlichen Lage. Man ist schon auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Zufahrtswege sind leider sehr staubig bzw. an Regentagen auch matschig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr komfortabel, TV, Wlan, Küchengeräte, elektrische Markise, Kamin, Grill, 4 Fahrräder. 2 Badezimmer. Große Rasenfläche mit mehreren Relax-Liegen. Stellplätze für zwei Autos Für größere Familien sehr geeignet.

Schönes abgelegenes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Das Haus befindet sich in einem abgelegenen Ort (Kolczewo), in dem es sehr ruhig ist. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. In Kolczewo gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man für paar Tage Urlaub braucht. Von Kolczewo aus, kann man super die nahegelegenen Ferienorte mit dem PKW anfahren. Wenn man also bewusst ruhiger wohnen möchte und einen PKW während des Urlaubs nutzen möchte, dann ist das das passende Ferienhaus. Das Inserat beschreibt es sehr genau.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, komplett eingezäunt. Zum Meer ist es etwas weit, man muss mit dem Auto fahren. Misdroy ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15min erreichbar. Es gibt einen Supermarkt im Ort wo man alles bekommt. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind super gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Enttäuscht

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Das Kücheninventar war doch recht abgenutzt, zum Teil (Pfannen) unbrauchbar und müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Unzureichende Beleuchtung, vor allem in der Küche. Schade, aber ich kann keine Empfehlung für das Objekt aussprechen
