There is always something going on in Scottsdale! The unit and surrounding area are quiet and relaxing yet a couple of blocks to all of the Old Town action. The location is within walking distance to the Entertainment District, Scottsdale Fashion Square, shopping, numerous restaurants, parks and more!
Directly across the street you can walk to many restaurants (Pasta Brioni Italian, Wok N Roll sushi, Zipps sports bar, Clancey's Irish Pub and Pizza Hut), Starbucks, various shops such as a barber, nail salon, massage therapy, Sprouts grocery store, gas station/convenience store and much more. Staying on property is inviting, quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub are great places to relax after going out for brunch and the gas BBQ grills and ping pong table at the pool make it a great place to hang out. The complex has a resort style feel and you will not be disappointed with the outdoor amenities.
The condo's private patio has both a covered and unconvered portion with plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather!
