Beautifully furnished two bedroom, two and a half bath lakefront villa!

Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite countertops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor!

Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake, and its fountain, which are only steps away from the back of the villa. The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a 2-minute walk from the villa. Sandestin Resort is at your fingertips, which makes this centrally located unit absolutely superb.

The family room has a sleeper sofa for those extra guests and allows access to the back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal for your family in our completely remodeled kitchen fully stocked with a variety of dinnerware and cookware. There is also a conveniently located half bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs you can relax in one of two spacious bedrooms (furnished with one king bed and two full beds), fully upgraded bathrooms in each room, and a washer/dryer unit.

Sandestin offers four 18 hole championship golf courses including Burnt Pine, The Raven, Baytowne and The Links. a lovely week at San destin

the property was clean and well equipped (even had a muffin pan, which was important to my daughter). The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. This is a great place for families and our 2nd visit to Sandestin. We love the golf cart and cruising around the resort.

Wonderful again!

This was our second time at this villa and another enjoyable experience. We love the location which is close to the beach, restaurants, golf, Baytowne Wharf and many walking trails. Our villa was tastefully decorated and met all of our needs. From our patio we had fun watching pelicans, herons and egrets diving into the lake for fish. Our host immediately replied to all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this villa and we plan on staying again.

Relaxing Fall Break

Our family had a great time at this unit. It was our second time staying in Sandestin, so it was great already knowing how to get around and explore Baytowne and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I are new to the south and moved to Houston, Texas in 2010 from Reno/Tahoe, Nevada. We have two children and love to escape to Sandestin a few times a year to kick back and enjoy the fun and sand with our family!

When we first came to Sandestin in 2011, we fell in love with the family-friendly atmosphere and beautiful, white sandy beaches of the Miramar Beach area. This beach villa is a perfect home away from home with a the perfect mix of hotel elegance, and homey comfort that all ages in the family can enjoy! The details in our property all help to create a calming, yet fun environment for both over-worked parents, and energetic young ones. There is truly something for everyone in this community!

Golfing, tennis, sun bathing, shopping...whatever you enjoy - Sandestin has it and all within close range. Location is key in this area and you don't need to go far to find something for every member of your family.
