The completed large attic studio thus offers 3 high quality beds - no folding beds! As a direct follow on the same level, the second bathroom, the attic is ideal for the placement of the children, relatives, friends, or even as a generous master bedroom. Similarly, it may also - in addition to the living area downstairs - serve as a high quality retreat and lounge area, as it is spatially separated from the main floor of the apartment and plenty of natural light. The equipment of the roof studios with all consumer electronics also makes it a highlight for the next generation. The small Zusatzschalfzimmer 'bunk', however, is located in the lower level apartment, next to the actual master bedroom, with access from the hallway.
