Schöne Wohnung direkt am Vesuv Nationalpark

Super netter Vermieter, gibt Tips für alles. Wohnung nicht ganz neu aber sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Hat alles was man braucht und tolle Aussicht über Napoli. Beste Osteria 5 min. zu Fuss entfernt.Grazie per tutti, Antonio.

Neapel eine Reise wert

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und groß. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter, Antonio, hatte immer einen guten Tipp parat was man in Neapel und Umgebung besichtigen kann. Vor allem spricht Antonio perfekt deutsch.

Schöne Tage bei Antonio

Schöne grosse Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz und perfekt deutsch sprechendem netten Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden.Komplett eingerichtete Küche und sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung.

Gute Lage, freundlicher Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnhauses, der Vermieter Antonio direkt obendrüber, immer in Reichtweite. Die FeWo liegt bahe der Autobahn und des Nationalparks. Leider kann man von dort aus nicht so einfach hoch, der Weg ist relativ weit und die Straße geht steil hoch. Wir sind dann bis oben gefahren und von da aus weiter. Den Vesuv kann man am Besten über den Parkplatz erreichen, von dort aus ca 1 km hoch und dann noch den Weg bis zum Krater. Mit Hund muss man bis zum Nationalpark, um ihn dort laufen lassen zu können. Durchs Dorf ist es schwierig.. viele Hunde leben in den Gärten und bellen. Unser Hund hatte etwas Angst. Auch nachts bellen sie, dies hört man ab und an auch. Feuerwerk wurde auch abends von den Nachbarn gezündet, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Unsere Ausflüge in die Umgebung waren sehr sehr schön, die Amalfiküste ist traumhaft. Bestimmt lohnt sich auch eine Reise nach Capri oder Ischia :-)

Rien ne manque sauf la clim.... a conseiller au printemps et à partir de septembre

Vraiment je suis partagé car le propriétaire est très sympa, et vous laisse la partie basse de la maison avec tout ce qu' il y a dedans. C est propre rien à y redire. Tout y est rien ne manque ou presque ... De l air frais Il faut dire ce qui est : et ce n est l avis que d'un français du Sud Ouest, mais c est juste intenable et j aurais aimé lire ce genre de commentaires, ce qui m aurait assurément dissuadé de venir. Alors je sais que c est l Italie du Sud qu' il fait très chaud qu' ils n ont pas vu pareil sécheresse depuis 15 ans.... ok mais cela ne va pas s arrangé. Et j ai passé des nuits si courtes 4 heures au mieux 5 à la dernière nuit... que je suis parti crevė car il faisait 37 degrés la journée et les nuit ça ne devait pas tombé a moins 29/30 et comme il n y avait pas de vent c est au mieux la température qu' il faisait dans la maison: au moins 30!! Et avec un ventilateur laissé aux enfants ce fut très dur ! Sinon La maison est jolie le jardin agreable avec une magnifique vue d un cote sur Naples et de l autre sur le vesuve. Le quartier est assez calme et assez proche de tous les sites a visiter (voiture obligatoire a mon sens) On peut garer la voiture devant la maison et qui est clos. Je conseille vivement cet hébergement au printemps ou à partir de septembre et qui mériterait facilement 4 étoiles sur 5 mais vraiment en été il faut prendre en compte ce facteur.
