This is a two bedroom condo with bedrooms on both sides of the common area. In the main living area the large windows look out on the beautiful IMG Golf Course’s 9th hole. The master bedroom, has a king sized bed, access to the lanai and a full un suite. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and also access to the lanai. There is a second bath with a large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans also a pantry for plenty of storage. The condo has a community pool, new laundry facilities are a convenient 20 steps down the hall. Great condo with great owners

Fully furnished, very comfortable first floor condo with great views of the golf course. Owners have been great to work with and have been very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great place and great owners!

I rented the condo for 3 months while my house was being built. Very quiet, clean and well equipped kitchen! The owners, Georganne and Larry, are people I now consider friends!

Winter in Bradenton

The condo was nice and the area is also nice. The owners Georganne and Larry were very nice people to deal with. We would stay there again.

We are native Minnesotians. We bought the condo in 2012 as a get-a-way from the cold. Everytime we returned to Minnesota we longed to be in Florida permanently. So after Georganne retired, we sold our house and all
of our furniture. Everything we could fit in the back of our pick-up truck, is all we brought to Florida.We lived in the condo, until our house, in Legends Bay was finished. We love being Floridians!

You will find many families living in ElConquistador. It goes like this: grandma owned it, so mom and dad bought a condo in the same building and the grandchildren are now taking over grandma's condo. So you see generations of families have enjoyed El Conquistador. I love that we are on first floor, we can get in/out quickly. We can chat with they golfers as they go by and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
