Unwind in the enclosed porch or entertain on the large deck; this home has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. This Mid-Island home is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and Sanibel’s shell strewn beaches. The deeded beach access is located 0.4 miles from your front door and beach equipment is provided for your use. The home has a washer, dryer, elevator, Wi-Fi, a community heated pool and tennis courts. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious gathering area in living room but dining area is adequate but tigger. Lanai is spacious and comfortable. Very relaxing and close to nature. Love the sound of the ocean in the distance. Love the warm pool and shelling on the beach
