About this property

Cozy lakefront chalet located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated community. Enjoy the private wooded quarter acre lot with a private dock on Lake Carobeth and a deck with patio doors so you enjoy the beautiful lake views while outside or inside by the fireplace. Located a short drive to most of the area attractions including Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono Raceway, The Crossings Shopping Outlet, Mt Airy Casino, and Great Wolf Lodge.

Large, comfy sofa in front of the pellet stove fireplace with a view of the lake and a 55" flat-screen TV with Hulu and several other streaming channels. Open layout with the kitchen and dining room, the dining table is extendable and can easily accommodate a large group. The kitchen has all the essentials you may need. Newly renovated bathroom with washer & dryer.

The first bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress topper. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a window AC during July & August. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a very comfortable queen bed and a queen Aerobed is also available for guests. A 24" TV on a rolling cart can be placed in either bedroom and has a Roku stick. Can also be used as a second computer monitor with a HDMI connection.

Outdoor spaces include a large deck with a propane grill (propane is provided) and dining area, a dock with a full view of the lake with a seating area, and a large umbrella with LED lighting so you can enjoy it day or night. The property comes with a choice of 2 boats: a 5-person inflatable boat or a 14' aluminum rowboat and with life vests so you can get out on the lake. A campfire pit with a bench for making s'mores to end the day.

The house is located in a gated community that offers 4 pools, kayaks, and canoes for use on the lake, mini-golf, sports courts, and various other amenities.

Amazing lakefront retreat! Super family friendly

My family and I stayed at this Chalet for the Thanksgiving holiday and I can’t rave enough about this place. Kasia was super responsive and communicated everything clearly and in a timely manner. I walked with pots, pans and utensils to cook our Thanksgiving meal and I didn’t have to because the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed! There were games for my kids, smart tv with apps to login to your streaming service to keep them occupied, though we didn’t need it much because we spent so much time outside fishing from the dock, and making s’mores over the campfire outside. The host provided plenty of wood to get us started. After a long day, cozying up by the pellet stove was a nice reward. The home was clean and exactly as described, and the views of the lake were spectacular. The perfect place for a nice relaxing weekend with the family. I will definitely return. Thank you, Kasia for providing such a great place and for being an amazing host!
