Our condo is perfectly situated on the 2nd floor directly overlooking the lazy river. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, waterslide, kiddie pool, fitness center and beach are all just 1 floor away which makes coming and going to make lunch, refill your cooler, grab an extra towel, etc a total breeze. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. This condo easily welcomes extended families or groups of friends for that idyllic beach vacation. Professionally decorated yet comfortably furnished you'll truly feel on vacation.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a SMART 50" HDTVs in the master and 43" SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has two Queen beds, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10. We also have just put in new balcony furniture, a table with seating for 6 and two teak steamer lounge chairs.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have the two 4br units on this 2nd floor if you need more space.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Charlotte was very responsive to questions and any needs. Only cleanliness issue was black mold around the lower edge of glass in the master bedroom. We purchased some bleach and cleaners and removed it ourselves. Ohtherwise the unit was clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was everything like the pictures showed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need. Indoor pool and hot tubs were used frequently by the grandkids. Loved the 9th floor tennis/pickleball court. Close to so many good restaurants, church, grocery stores and attractions. Not sure if it’s the floor tile or the general cleaning but felt it could use a deeper cleaning than maybe a mop could do. Staff at front desk and Charlotte were all so very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for family to gather and celebrate grandpa’s 80th birthday!!.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo and property were nice. I'd book the condo again.The separate ice maker in the unit is a great feature and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and cups, including plastic ones and items for small kids. There are plenty of pots and pans but not really non- stick anymore so make sure you bring cooking spray. There is a K-cup coffee machine and a traditional coffee pot, which is nice depending on your preference. (Although, I'm not sure why there are two microwaves. The second one takes up a bunch of counter space.) We had an issue with the main light in the kitchen being out when we arrived. I called on Saturday "after hours", received a call back within an hour and it was fixed the next day. There was also a brief issue with the AC (not the fault of the condo or the rental company) and when I called before 8am when they opened, I had a call back by 8:15. Great service from the rental company!However, I think the unit could use a really good deep clean. I was making my kids wear shoes inside, otherwise their feet were turning black from walking on the floors. My son also turned on the jets in the tub in the master bath and a bunch of black stuff came out. The unit looked clean on the surface so they are cleaning between guests but it needs a bit more.
