Family Disney Trip 2024

This property exceeded our expectations and the family enjoyed the spacious rooms. The pool and spa was excellent and the kids spent most of their time in them! Most importantly was the host, Ricky, who was of great assistance to us in planning our stay and even when we needed to chat during the stay. We would definitely stay again when a large group needs accommodations

Annual family trip

We enjoyed every minute! Ricky was great to work with.. We enjoyed the pool area every day, perfect temps with pool heat! We had plenty of space for all 7 of us- we are already looking forward to next years trip

SPRING BREAK!!!!!!!

Check-in time was 6:30pm, we drove 22 hours and arrived at 7pm only to find the cleaning person still there working. She was very polite but didn't finish cleaning until 8:30pm. I immediately contacted the property management with my concerns, he apologized. The following morning I contacted him again asking him to contact me by phone/text to discuss the situation and my concerns along with the jets not working in the hot tub. NO RESPONSE. However, the maintenance guy did come over and fix the jets for us (so I know he got my message). Once I returned home a week later, I again contacted the property manager to voice my concerns regarding the check-in process, again NO RESPONSE. I feel like if they have a strict check in/out time they should make sure the unit is available.

Pall Mall house

House a disgrace. Floors filthy and pools of cleaning liquid everywhere that had not been wiped, carpet’s filthy, door hanging off dryer, no handle on fridge, chicken pieces in the pool, bbq too filthy to eat off of and only half a grate. I would like to request the $80 paid for that back to us. Barely any pots or pans. Had to clean the whole house top to bottom. Had to wash all bedding and even pillows. One bed had sheets covered in a bloody yellow coloured liquid, which came off when I washed them! I have pics of it all. Also discovered most of the pots and towels thrown in the garbage outside completely ruined. Pool table was ruined and all pool cues were broken. Property manager promised new ones that never came and towels which also never arrived. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and pots in order to cook. There were no lights in the pool or spa, which was supposed to be fixed but never happened. We were told that 15 individuals had been there a month and just left the morning we arrived. The place was a complete disaster. There was a man’s boot (one boot) under one bed, balloons under another, water bottles and Kleenex under others. The upstairs bedroom windows were covered in thick blackmold which we cleaned. Also noted most windows on top floor are screwed shut. Would that not be a safety issue?! I could go on but will stop here. We made it work because we had too but it definitely was not worth what we paid and certainly a lot cleaner when we left.
