Lots of room
The house was big with a lot of space in a good location. It wasn’t the nicest house I’ve stayed in but I would stay there again. The hot tub never got hot which was very disappointing considering that was one of the reasons we chose the house was for a hot tub. It has potential just needs a little TLC and better lighting.

Worst house I have ever rented. Very dirty. Lots of broken things around the house. Don't stay here.
This was the dirtiest and most run down house I have ever stayed at. Don't trust the pictures online. This house didn't look like it had been maintained in a decade or two. There was water leak stains on the ceilings, patched parts on the walls that were not painted over. Loose broken floor tiles. Very dirty carpet. Couches looked so dirty people didn't want to sit on them. The pool table side rails were crooked. Someone did a very bad job with assembly. The foosball table was missing bolts and felt like it was about to fall apart when playing. Multiple spiders in the house and stained sheets. Regardless of how cheap the rental on this house is.. DON'T STAY HERE.

4/10 Poor

Hellie K., Los Angeles

dingy poorly equipped property
The house is dusty, grungy, smelly, and simply not in a condition to be rented out for money. Other then the dishes and cups, all the pots and pans and all other kitchen supplies are so old and dirty. Everything was crammed into drawers making it even difficult to open. So many broken things but none of this junks are thrown out... which proves poor maintenance. The kitchen also had definite ant problems as well and underneath the sink was too scary to even open. One of the bedrooms had broken closet doors. Shower curtains were gross. We didn't even dare to open the cover of the hot tub in the back yard because it just looked as if no one touched it for the past 16 years. The worst property ever!!! I give it two stars just on the fact that it is a spacious house with many bedrooms and baths. Everyone was soooo disappointed the minute we walked in.
