Enjoy the fantastic great room where the kitchen and living area open up to each other with expansive views and a comfortable deck to take in the breathtaking surroundings. Revel in star gazing from the porch swing or warming up to the gas fire pit (tenants must provide their own propane tanks for fire pit use).

The living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood beams and knotty pine throughout. Sit back and relax next to the large rock gas fireplace or watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player.  The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all the basic amenities.

Downstairs (via indoor spiral staircase) you can challenge each other on the Foosball table, if you don't get distracted by the incredible views, or relax on the sleeper sofa and watch TV with cable. There is a 3/4 bathroom off of the game room for your convenience.  

At the end of the day you can catch some Z's in one of the three bedrooms. The main level has two bedrooms, both with queen beds.  A full bathroom is close by off the hallway as well as a stacked washer and dryer.  Upstairs is a wonderful master suite with a small private deck, amazing views, a king bed, twin with twin trundle and private bathroom.

Note: Due to the severe fire risk, this is a completely non-smoking cabin including outdoors.

The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
