Blue Moon, is a custom built split log home located in lower Moonridge. Just a short drive to Bear Mountain. The custom stained glass entrance is a welcoming touch.

Once inside you will find a powder bath and the laundry room to the right with a full size washer and dryer.

To the left of the entrance is the homes gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a six burner gas range. There is a microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker and a Cuisinart brew station (it takes regular pods) and a side by side fridge/freezer combo. Keep the cook company at the live edge burl wood bar. The dining room features a bar height table with seating for eight.

The high vaulted ceilings carry throughout the living area, featuring a wood burning fireplace and deck access, a large flat screen TV that is HDMI compatible.  Once outdoors you will find ample seating on the back patio. Grill on the propane barbecue or enjoy the eight person hot tub. The fully fenced backyard with its gorgeous forested mountain views is the perfect retreat.
Downstairs you will also find the homes master suite, complete with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and the large master bath. It has a large soaking tub, stall shower and dual sinks. Head out to the garage where a comfortable leather sectional provides the perfect hang out spot. A vintage arcade game can also be found in the garage providing hours of fun and entertainment for you and your guests.

Head upstairs where you will enter into the loft area, it has a Full size futon and a flat screen TV there is also deck access. Down the hall you will find the homes two bedrooms and a full size bath in the hall.

The first bedroom you will find a twin over queen bunk and separate queen bed with a flat screen TV that is HDMI compatible. Lastly you will find the third bedroom with a Queen bed. With high quality furnishings, ample seating for gathering, high vaulted wood beam ceilings and tons of windows throughout to enjoy the natural light and views, you are sure to enjoy your stay in this airy Big Bear Cabin.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
