Black Diamond Lodge, is perfect for a year round getaway!  This single level cabin is located just 5 minute walk from Skyline and 2N10 trailheads for hiking and mountain biking, and is at the base of Bear Mountain Ski Resort for winter fun, the Zoo and golf course with breathtaking views of the slopes.

Enjoy a game of Foosball while you chat with family and friends in the open concept living area.  The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove, large stainless steel refrigerator and counter seating at the island.  An expansive log dining table and chairs brings out the rustic cabin feel and has enough seating for 6 people.  Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch cable TV or a movie on the DVD player while you warm up after a day on the slopes in front of the wood burning fireplace.   Take in the breathtaking  panoramic vistas outside on the large back deck while you grill on the propane or charcoal barbecues or soak in the hot tub overlooking the slopes.

You will sleep comfortably in one of three bedrooms.  The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, TV with DVD player and cable and an attached bathroom with double sinks and large tub.  The second bedroom features a beautiful queen bed, while the third bedroom has extra sleeping space on a twin over full, solid log bunk bed and TV with NFL PACKAGE with DVD player.  A large, full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall, as well as a washer and dryer. This Big Bear Cabin will be a great way to enjoy your trip.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
