This unit offers our guests a natural light-filled, Airy Apartment. The Large Master suite offers a separate seating area with access to the second floor balcony overlooking the property. Drop your suitcase and walk or take a bus (bus stop one half blocks away) or taxi/Uber minutes to the French Quarter, Bourbon St. This unit is considered a "Whole House" rental because it has its own independent entrance and shares no interior spaces with the downstairs unit. The very spacious Great-room features a 55” SMART w/ Bluetooth Soundbar, Queen sofa sleeper, twin ottoman sleeper and top Elegant Dining Table. Surf the internet on our complimentary WIFI throughout the home. Relax and Refresh in the over-sized Shower Spa after you have grooved to Festival Favorites. The kitchen is fully equipped and only require ingredients purchased to try your hand at cooking some Traditional New Orleans Cuisine. Groceries are in walking distance from the apartment. Kitchen include a stove/fridge, built in microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

All linens and towels are included in this unit, as well as cookware and dishes/utensils. This apartment is truly ready to be ENJOYED as home base for your Festival adventure! Additional features include: free on-site high efficiency washer/dryer, 12 foot ceilings, central air and heat and large newly built patio w/ Grill. Public Transportation is conveniently accessible just one block from the house. The Street Car is just one half mile away. Drop your suitcase and walk or take a bus (bus stop one half blocks away) or taxi minutes to the French Quarter, Bourbon St. This elegant rental is situated in the extremely walk-able Bayou St. John/City Park/Fairgrounds neighborhood. Located just one block from regal tree-lined Esplanade Ave, with many restaurants grocery stores. Continue walking on Esplanade (another 5 minutes) and enjoy the numerous attractions of City Park . Wile away an afternoon in a gondola or peruse the park's waterway in a rowboat/pedal-boat. Choose from a variety of hot lunches at Conseco's hot bar and grab a chilled bottle of vino, and rendezvous with new friends (people are friendly here!) on a blanket under the canopy of the park's many massive live oak trees. Near the main playground, replenish with a beignet and café ole' at newly reopened Morning Call For the active, bike rentals and a 1.75 mile walking path are readily available. The vivacious Vacation Rental is 1.5 miles (7 mins by car) away from the French Quarter. You may take a 15 minute walk to the Carrolton/St. Charles Streetcar line (or walk one half block and ride the bus), and ride in historic style for only a $1.25. Enjoy the best of Jazz that Frenchman St. has to offer, while sipping the beverage of your choice. A recently opened arts market is replete with local artisans who are affably pedaling creations as diverse as cheeseboards made from melted vodka bottles, handmade soaps, blown glass, glow-in-the dark photographs and handmade Changes to Reservations . Please confirm number of guests occupying unit at time of booking. No decreases to extra guest’s fees allowed. 20% re-booking fee charged to reservation date changes and cancellations due to non payment. 70th NOLA Birthday
My family and I were in NOLA for 5 nights to celebrate my Mother in laws 70th birthday ! We were very happy with our stay, there was plenty of room for all of us. (2) kitchens! 4 full bathrooms! And we loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to see, nothing was more than a 15 minute uber ride. You can even walk to city park! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and there was a grocery store near by that had everything you could need. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans!

Overall the stay was great... plenty of space for my family, plenty of bathrooms to get ready in, two kitchen spaces. Can't beat that. Cleanliness was overall good, but the carpets were dirty and needed vacuumed. Only other downfall I could give this place would be the balcony is very slanted so when you sat on the patio furniture, it felt like you were falling forward. I would stay here again.

Family trip to New Orleans
My extended family and I took a trip to New Orleans to celebrate a 60th birthday party. This property was very accommodating of our group size and everyone felt comfortable the entire time. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms so everyone wasn’t overlapping. Very clean! Great parking. Central location and easy to get anywhere quickly. Highly recommend. 5 stars!!

Quiet New Orleans house
Large 2-story vintage New Orleans home in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. We had the upstairs only, which was perfect for our needs.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have teamed up with our third-party cleaning service to develop a very stringent cleaning protocol. Our plan includes personal protection guidelines and upgraded housekeeping cleaning products to kill the mandated 99.9% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
Personal Protection
• Operations personnel and housekeeper’s temperature is frequently checked for fever and required to stay at home if fever is 100.4% or higher and feeling Ill.
• Operation Personnel is required to wear recommended personal protection and maintain 6ft social distancing guidelines. Masks, Gloves and shoe covers are worn at all times while servicing the unit. All employees have been trained on cross contamination procedures as new Personal protection wear is changed between servicing other units.
Prevention
• Housekeeping uses high grade cleaning products approved to kill 99% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
• Housekeepers now use a more enhanced cleaning procedure targeting “High Touched” areas including Doorknobs, Light switches, electronic knobs and remotes, kitchen appliances/ Handles and bathroom fixtures/ faucets etc.
• Disinfectant spray applied to all hard surfaces and furniture after through cleaning.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of everyone involved. These necessary precautions also ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in a fresh and clean environment.
