**2008 Custom built Cabin, 3500 +/- square feet- You'll enjoy the Cabin's open floor plans on each level-so plenty of room for all to enjoy!

**Gorgeous, pristine luxury cabin with amazing views of Smoky Mountain National Park and Mount LeConte. Gorgeous mountain views may be enjoyed from any deck or floor but if your preference is to soak in the large hot tub you can do so while looking out over the Smoky Mountains. From the deck(s) you can also see Bent Creek golf course as well as the creek that runs through the course.

**Sleeping accommodations include 3 king rooms, 1 queen room and 2 queen sleeper sofas, for additional sleeping. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and each king bedroom is located on its own floor and has deck access with spectacular views.

**The Game Room- you'll find a spacious game room and a one of a kind custom pool table, 2016 GoldenTee Golf video game, and a retro 80s-style arcade game with 60 games including several Pacman varieties, Galaga, Frogger, and many more. Between captain’s chairs, log chairs, and benches, we provide plenty of options for gathering around the games. If your thing is movies you can watch them on the 55" SMART TV with a DVD/BLUERAY player and premium TV channels. If you have a subscription to a streaming movie program (like Netflix) – the SMART TV gives you the ability to log in to your account. Relax on our sectional recliner or the queen sofa sleeper.

**The Web- GrandView offers high speed cable internet with wireless access that supports up to 30 devices on 5Ghz& 2.5Ghz speeds.

**The Kitchen- If cooking is your thing then you'll be pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. We have service for 20 and flatware for 30 so you won’t be spending your time washing dishes. We have pots and pans, a 4 slot toaster, an electric griddle, a hand mixer, baking dishes, even a colander. We also have a coffee machine that makes a pot of coffee (and can dispense it a cup at a time) and a Keurig 2.0 with a carafe.

**The Living Room- Offers ample seating: a queen size sofa sleeper, a love seat, and a oversized chair to gather around to watch the cozy gas fireplace or to watch a show on the 55" SMART TV and DVD/BLUERAY player.

**The Loft- Offers a Jacuzzi Tub with a view of the Smokies, a checker board table and rocking chairs with a basket of paperbacks!

**Layout
Off the main deck (4 steps up from the parking) you walk into the main floor with the living room to the left and the kitchen to the right. The dining room is beyond the kitchen and on the right side. Straight ahead is the master bedroom and bath. On the left side of the living room are the stairs. The main deck wraps around the side and the back of the house. It features a gas grill, two tables with chairs, a swing and several lounge chairs.
Upstairs to the left is a king bedroom with a private deck and adjoining bathroom, to the right is a queen bedroom with private bath, a loft area with a large Jacuzzi tub, checkerboard table, and recliners.
Downstairs you'll find a game room, a king size bedroom and bathroom, and the laundry room. The hot tub is located on the side of the lower deck. The deck wraps around the entire backside of the house with great mountain views and plenty of seating.

As with most VRBO rentals, we do not provide shower or laundry supplies. We provide hand soap and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, along with a few basic kitchen supplies (dish soap, a dishwasher pod) to get your stay started. Longer stays may necessitate purchasing your own supplies.
