Balcony, sea view, 2 comfortable bedrooms for 4 to 6 people., Air, Internet, Phone

The condominium Port Mezua right on the harbor is designed with a Mediterranean outdoor (olive trees, palm trees, lavender, eucalyptus, oleander) is secured and private parking belongs to the apartment.

The first floor apartment has an elevator, she is great with balcony 73 QM2. 


There are two quiet bedrooms, one has two lower large beds (1.40 x 2.00) and two bunk beds (0,90x2,00), the other has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00). 


The balcony and lounge seating area is south facing overlooking the Etang de Thau.

Nice bathroom and separate toilet.

Complete equipped kitchen, granite counter, dishwasher and washing machine. 


Air conditioning (adjustable time), video intercom, telephone, TV (international channels) and wireless Internet are available and included in the price.


Tourist Office, shops, weekly market, restaurants and sailing school (including kite surfing, catamaran ...) and tennis courts are within walking distance near and easy.

Temperatures in the apartment are bearable in the summer without air conditioning and the nightly outside temperatures are in Meze also very pleasant.

Access to the condominium and apartment problems for stroller or wheelchair.

You can completely do without the car.

Beach and harbor are only 50 meters away.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Great apartment; it is well equipped, maintained to a very high standard and furnished nicely. It is located in a small secure apartment complex close to the harbour(restaurant area) and less that 100 metres to a very pleasant beach. Nice sea view from the balcony.

We found the nearby beach, really good for small kids - beach is quiet and the water is perfect for toddlers.

We would highly recommend this apartment.

Très bonne

Appartement conforme au descriptif. Relations très efficaces et réactives avec Mme Veyrac la propriétaire. Un 20/20 pour la situation qui permet d'oublier la voiture toute une semaine ( sauf à visiter les environs ).

location superbe dans résidence sécurisée

Mèze est toujours une destination de calme avec ses marchés, ses plagettes, son port..Et le logement de madame Veyrac est un plus digne pour le calme et la relaxation..à 100m du port et de la plage.

Je ne peux que confirmer les appréciations précédentes sur l'appartement et la qualité des prestations

très bon accueil, résidence fermée avec un parking privé, appartement confortable, parfaitement équipé et lumineux avec un grand balcon donnant sur l'étang de Thau

La plage est à 1mn et le joli petit port et ses restaurants à 3mn à pied

Idéalement placé, calme, au bord de la grande bleue, que demander de plus...

Mèze is a traditional pretty and quiet fishing village in the south of France and is located between vineyards and the Thau lagoon, which is a closed lagoon with direct access to the Mediterranean waters. It is a stronghold of the mussel and oyster farming and provides an important sporting and cultural life. Meze is a center of environmental research ecosite (protection of the lagoon, water treatment ...).

The family-friendly sandy beaches are monitored during the summer and ideal for small children because there are hardly any waves. Water quality is monitored weekly. The climate is Mediterranean: mild winters, warm pleasant summers, relatively low precipitation and sunshine pur! Worth seeing is the historical old town is sold with large weekly market (Thursdays and Sundays) and the daily indoor market where local produce and fish. Around the port there are numerous restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood. In summer, a night market is held with many artists (every Thursday). Meze has a sailing school with a good reputation (even kite-surfing, catamaran ...) and tennis courts right on the water, which are within easy walking distance. Fishing and motor boating are other possible recreational activities. Destinations and attractions are available for all ages in the area are available: bike paths, skate park, painting Balls, climbing forest park, amusement parks, Dino Park (after the discovery of fossils of dinosaur eggs, the excavations have been continued and a Paleonthologisches Museum was founded), ruins from the Roman times, wineries, walks (Parc des Cevennes, garrigue ...) thermal cures in Ballaruc (especially recommended the estate of Noilly Prat in Marseillan is) available.
