This spacious property in the natural east of Majorca offers an oasis of tranquillity connected with the highest comfort through its warm and inviting atmosphere.

Three high quality suites with private bathroom, a wonderful living room, which attracts through its extraordinary spaciousness, leave no wishes left unfulfilled. Up to 8 people can comfortably stay in the finca.

An extravagant pool area, embedded in a park-like garden, rounds off a perfect stay at one of the most beautiful places in Majorca.

On request we can offer comprehensive services: from childcare to a reliable housekeeper, bicycle and boat rental to shopping or taxi service.

The Finca

The Finca Sa Murtera combines natural with a luxurious flair in a unique manner:

built in the 17th century, it was completely restored while using antique materials and equipped with modern technology. In the beginning of 2012, the finca had a basic renovation and was adjusted to current times.

The 400 m2 living space is divided into a spacious entrance hall with a separate cloakroom and guest WC, a wonderful living room with a large dining area and fireplace area, a completely equipped kitchen, a library with fireplace and an office area with wireless LAN. Three suites with private bathrooms round off the wellness offer.

The utility room is located in a separate house.

Sa Murtera pampers its residents at all times of the year:

During the summer months, you can enjoy the day on the large, partially covered terraces, while a BBQ spot with an outdoor fireplace is the preferred place to spend evenings.

The insulated building protects from somewhat colder weather in the winter through the heated flooring.

Salon

In the former barn, there is now an open living-dining and fireplace area, which provides a wonderful flair with its 5 meter high ceilings and natural stone walls. You can sit in front of the fireplace, watch TV or listen to music here. There is a music system with an iPhone/iPod connection and a large flat screen SAT-TV with DVD. Up to 12 people can eat and enjoy the facilities at the dining table.

Kitchen

The authentic and still modern kitchen invites those who love to cook do their thing. Equipped with everything you could ever want, like a dishwasher, oven, induction range, gas range, Nespresso machine, high quality utensils and Mediterranean dishes, it leaves no wishes unfulfilled.

Studio

The studio has a library, a corner to sit in with an open fireplace and SAT-TV as well as an office area with wireless LAN. Here you can comfortably work, read or watch TV with a view of the garden and patio.

Suites

Three spacious suites each with private bathrooms are found in the main house.

Suite el Sol

This suite is on the right of the entrance. There are two adjacent rooms that are connected through one door. In the first room there is a bedroom for one person with a queen size bed and a cabinet, in the second room there is a double bed and a walk-in closet. The newly renovated bathroom behind this contains two sinks, a shower and a WC. Through the access to the bathroom, you can also get to the garden and pool the quickest. This suite can be used by 3 people or 2 adults and 2 children.

Suite Los Angeles

This suite is located behind the studio and is the actual main room in the finca. There is an antique double bed, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with two sinks, shower, WC and a bathtub.

From this suite, you can enjoy the sunrise every morning.

Suite La Estrella

This suite is only accessible through the garden. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a closet and a desk here. Furthermore, there is also a spacious bathroom with two sinks, WC, BD and shower. This suite is ideal for parents with children, because there is a single room behind the bathroom.

The property

The property is very expansive with its 10,000 square meters of area. On the carefully created property, there is a main house with 3 suites, the pool area, different terraces, a BBQ area and comprehensive parking options.

The pool area

The extravagant saltwater pool in a curved form with a natural stone wall, waterfall, sunbathing plateau and terrace was lovingly integrated into the landscape and is in a park-like garden. Here you can enjoy the sun and landscape on a cushioned lounger. Furthermore, large sun umbrellas are available and there is a chill-out area with a sun canopy and Indian loungers.

The loggia

The covered porch serves as a spacious outdoor lounge. Here you can relax wonderfully on the cosy sofas.

BBQ area

The BBQ area is defined through the oldest walls of the finca, a sun canopy and a BBQ fireplace. On the large table made of old teak wood, you can spend cosy and romantic evenings with up to 15 people.

Breakfast in the sun

A wonderful place with a view of the hill and fields is located right next to the kitchen. Here you can eat breakfast wonderfully during the summer.

LA TERRAZA

This wind protected, sunny space with a view of the garden is equipped with loungers and a dining table and is a lively and diversely usable place.

Garden

The spacious garden was designed with love for many years. Since the property has its own water source, it is possible to maintain expansive meadows and diverse Mediterranean plants.

Parking

Furthermore, there is a covered car port for 2 vehicles and a parking spot for 3 more vehicles on the property. You can drive directly to the house entrance to pack and unpack.

Einfach alles schön!

Wir haben unsere Kinder gefragt, was sie an Sa Murtera schön finden. Ihre Antwort war schnell: einfach Alles.

Das Landhaus ist enorm großzügig, der Garten in dem man Fußball spielen kann, das riesige Pool, der Grillplatz, an dem wir oft grillten, die Chillout Sofas im Schatten, wo wir uns immer zusammenfanden und viel ratschten und auch der Frühstückstisch Draußen, wo wir morgens den Tag begannen. Dieses Anwesen hatte für uns und unsere Freunde einfach Alles!

Noch eines: Die Finca liegt bei Manacor: Dank Raffa Nadal gibt es jetzt seit diesem Jahr in 10 min Entfernung ein spitzen Tenniszentrum mit Spa, etc.

Einziger kleiner Denkanstoß: wenn man in so einem Anwesen auf den Land ist, fährt man, und dass wollten wir ja, zu vielen verschiedenen Stränden. Da wir nun schon einige Male da waren, kennen wir schon recht gut die Strände je nach Wetter, Wind und Sonne, welche auch für Kinder gut sind: bitte liebe Vermieter seid so nett und schreibt Eure Geheimtips auch uns, wir werden es nicht verraten😃😃😃, Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Traumhaft!

Wir waren wieder hier! Das dritte Mal! An unserem Lieblingsort, in unserem Lieblingsobjekt!

Die Immobilie mit all Ihren Annehmlichkeiten – jetzt noch abgerundet durch den perfekten zu-buchbaren Frühstücksservice – ein Traum! Style der Moderne verbunden mit mallorquinischen Flair! Die Lage für uns perfekt! Abseits vom Trubel von Palma und doch die Nähe zur Stadt z.B dem entzückenden Örtchen: Arta und Manacor. Manacor, wie ich finde mit seinem Stadtkern, gerade in den letzten Jahren sich sehr positiv entwickelt hat. Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt, Shopping und ein kleiner Obst-und Gemüsemarkt (von hiesigen Bauern wird dieser bestückt) für alle diejenigen, die auch gerne am Abend mal zu Hause bleiben möchten um mit Freunden zu kochen und einen lauschigen Abend am wunderschönen „Barbecue-Platz“ zu verbringen. In Manacor, anders als Palma können Sie ohne Stress auf der Parkplatzsuche noch relaxen, bummeln und durch die Geschäfte stöbern. Es lohnt sich wirklich! Die Städte Porto de Colomn, sowie Colonia de san Pere 

mit zahlreichen Restaurants sollten ebenso nicht unerwähnt bleiben.

Im Süden, dass wunderschöne Städtchen Santanyi. Es gibt hier einiges zu entdecken.....!

Die Finca liegt für uns persönlich in einer Gegend mit den schönsten Stränden, wie Cala Torta, Cala Nau, Es Trenc uvm.

Wir kommen wieder, dass ist gewiss!

Landluxus pur, Frühlingssonne und Mandelblüte

Erstmals waren wir auf der Finca nunmehr auch im Februar. Neben der Einzigartigkeit der Finca, war es auch die Jahreszeit, die uns begeistert hat. Die Temperaturen waren frühlingshaft und die ganze Insel war grün. Alles hat geblüht und so wurde es insbesondere bei den wunderbaren Wanderungen ein Erlebnis, die Mandelblüte zu erleben. Die sehr schöne, moderne und neu gestaltete Poollandschaft konnten wir beim abendlichen Sundowner geniessen. Anschließend konnten wir die Abende bei einem herrlichen Kaminfeuer mit Olivenholz verbringen. Es war mal wieder ein toller Aufenthalt, der uns gerade in der Vorsaison sehr gut gefallen hat. Verwöhnt haben wir uns durch den angebotenen Frühstücksservice, so daß wir den Tag gemütlich starten konnten. Wir haben auch den angebotenen Fahrradservice genutzt, so daß wir herrliche Touren rund um die Finca gemacht haben. An 2 etwas kühleren Tagen haben wir das nahegelegene Sportzentrum von Raffa Nadal (Manacor) besucht und waren vom Indoorpool, Fitnessraum und dem Spa-Bereich begeistert. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt auf der Finca nur empfehlen - insbesondere im Frühling.

perfect for families

This is a great house for families to live in. The house is perfect for 2-3 families with children. And the swimming pool is nice and secure. You can jump into the water anytime when the weather is really hot. and it's not crowded as the beach. Also, there is a wall and locked doors which can prevent children going to the pool without adults.

For the location is also a good thing to mention. It's not too far away from the see sights, and without too much noisy and people. It's quiet for enjoy the time with your families.

Great place for relaxation

The property was perfect for 2 families. Beautiful green garden and a superb pool area. Perfect for 8 people. House is very spacious however in july you are only interested in the bedrooms and the kitchen both where really good. The location is ok, minimum 20-30 min drive to beaches is a minus but the secluded location is a plus.
