WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 10 PEOPLE (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) AS PER STATE REGULATIONS FOR VACATION RENTALS OCCUPANCY STANDARD.
PARKING RULES: ONLY 1 CAR ALLOWED allowed as per City Ordinance.
STIRCTLY 1 car can park on the driveway at any time for the entirestay. Failure to adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and
forfeiture of the security deposit.
PLEASE NOTE:
The tenant will be responsible for any violations and fines issued by the City from $2500 up to $5000 in failure to respect designated parking rules and any violations at all from the City. (ex: parking, illegal activities, violating city short term rental rules).

Video Surveillance Disclosure: For your safety and security, this property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance cameras to deter theft and protect against insurance claims. Please note that these cameras are not actively monitored and do not have recording storage capabilities. They are not intended for personal safety purposes. Additionally, no cameras are placed indoors, particularly in private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms. If you wish to have specific cameras disabled during your stay, we can accommodate this upon request.
Noise Aware: The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to constantly monitor the noise level in our property and it alerts us the host and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than the local city ordinance. When host/property manager will get an alert, we will kindly advise the guest to to keep the noise level in the property to a minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement.

HOUSE RULES:
- No parties allowed. This property is strictly and ONLY for vacation & relaxation.
- No loud music at all is allowed outside of the house at any time of the
day, evening or night. And no loud noise outside of the house.
- STRICTLY 1 car can park on the driveway at any time for the entire stay. Failure to adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- No parking or standing on the lawn. And there is no parking or
standing on the street.
- No smoking.
If any of the above house rules are broken, by anyone of the guest, it
will, unfortunately, result in the loss of your $750 security deposit and
your rental will terminate immediately.
