2000 Sq Ft Hillside Villa With A Mediterranean Charm!
About Ramona Boeker
This Texas girl loves taking creepy old houses and making them something beautiful. My goal is design a place that makes you say"WOW I want to look around and see more". I currently live in Galveston where I've converted several late 1800 homes back to beautiful places to live. My recent project is a 1907 Eight plex converted back to the original main house and with a four plex located behind it. If Fredricksburg is booked, visit VRBO 769858 to rent in Galveston. The Blue Lagoon was built in 1887 with the last 20 inch drop down tile ceilings on the island!!! I love unique spaces and I think you will too!

Why Ramona Boeker chose Fredericksburg
As an designer and investor you know when its the right house, I found this little jewel and never turned back. We had a few changes but in the end she came out perfect. It's just comfy and cozy!
What makes this House unique
I call this my Italian farm as every morning here...I feel like its the place I want to be! Deer run out front and the cutest donkey and peacocks are just a walk up the street. While this house doesn't not have a dishwasher it does have wireless and satellite. The views are very calming and its a minute from town.

Great time very comfortable.
Charming villa on the hill
Beautifully charming home just beyond the downtown area of Frederickburg. Close to wineries and shopping, but far enough away to feel like you are out in the country. Plenty of beds to accommodate a family gathering. The decor of the house is lovely!
Family Time in Fredericksburg
The Villa is lovely, everything is as advertised. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and beautiful dishes for our family meals. Beds were comfortable. I recommend this home away from home.
After not visiting Fredericksburg in 12 years, it was a pleasure to spend a week in Vino Villa. The house has all the amenities necessary for family reunions. It’s eclectic flavor has a warmth that’s perfect for sharing time with loved ones. There are lots of dining opportunities in town, lots of shops to visit, wineries galore for tastings, and perhaps best of all, is that wonderful scenic drive you can make around the Willow City Loop. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you to Ramona Boecker for sharing her little piece of the Fredericksburg hill country!
Adequate for our group.
Nicely appointed home. Close to town. Two long staircases not obvious on website. Aerobic septic spray smelled making sitting out on the porch or deck undesirable when it was spraying. Washer in out-building leaked, causing us to use a laundromat. View below home is of an electrical substation with large towers.
The manager was quick to respond to questions or concerns.
We enjoyed our stay, good location close to uber into town.
1/2 hour from Enchanted Rock or 1 hour from Hamiltons pool
