This 3 bedroom cottage has been remodeled to give you the comforts of home while it feels like your at summer camp. A large 3 seasons room is perfect for a family gathering with 7 sliding glass doors overlooking the water. Bring your boat, skis, kayaks, fishing tackle, and swimsuits for summer fun. A private dock is on the property.

The cottage is a two story with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has hardwood flooring, a queen size bed and master bath. The 2nd bedroom is carpeted with a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom is carpeted with two twin beds, one has a trundle pull out under it. The cottage will sleep 6 comfortably with the possibility of another child or young adult.

The mechanical include a gas furnace, central air, water softener and a tankless water heater. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with shelving for storage. Linens are typically provided for a fee unless otherwise instructed. There is Cable internet with wifi modem access at this location.

The kitchen consists of porcelain tile flooring, white cabinets with brushed nickel knobs and pulls. Stainless steel appliances finish the space which include: refrigerator freezer, microwave, range/oven and a dishwasher. Cookware is stocked along with a coffee maker and dinnerware. The kitchen table and chairs make up the lake side of the kitchen.

The wall between the kitchen and living room has a snack bar area with stools for a couple. The living room has a couch and love seat with coffee table and end tables, gas fireplace and television.

The first floor bathroom has a 5ft shower, toilet and lavatory sink. The Master bathroom has a 5ft tub/tile shower, toilet, and lavatory sink.

There is plenty of room outdoors for lawn chairs, sun bathing, etc. The property has a sand beach area for children/ adults to play and wade into and swim. Always pay close attention to any child near the water. There are no life guards on duty. Swim at your own risk.
