The Sugar Sand Villas home has been completely remodeled, including an incredible kitchen with granite counter tops, and up-to-date appliances. The open concept home is beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable for a family of 6. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a Queen, and the living area contains a Queen sleeper sofa. There is one bathroom, and an additional beach shower outside in the yard. Flat screen TVs and WiFi access will keep you connected when you need to be.

The Sugar Sand Villas Unit B is the upstairs apartment in the house, with a large ocean view deck. Take in an Atlantic sunrise without ever leaving home. Enjoy the ocean breeze while you recline on the couch. This St. Augustine vacation rental is pet friendly, with a fenced in backyard.

Saint Augustine Florida is the nation’s oldest city, and aside from the incredible beach, we have amazing historical attractions and tours. Great Area

We loved the St Augustine property. A short walk to the beach across the new walkway. Restaurants and specialty shops all around. Old FL at its best.

4 houses from beach.

We had a great week at this property. Our daughter and her family stayed in the unit below. Great view from the deck with a partial roof overhang that kept us dry when it rained. The only down side was there was no grille and some of the knobs on the dresser was missing. If it was my property I would add a little deck in the back yard with a grille, table, chairs and an umbrella.
