Upon arrival for check-in at time we were noted to be able to check in 4 PM. The cleaning crew was still on the premises and asked us to leave. We waited an hour and a half before we could get into the condo. First night of our stay, one of the toilets broke, and did not get fixed until the day before we left we were there for five nights. That was an inconvenience. When we checked in after the cleaning crew had left, there were still chips on the floor and other items in the bathrooms that did not seem to be cleaned. Towels were still in the dryer drying. However, the clubhouse and pool area were very nice for the days. We weren’t out at Disney and the bartender was magnificent.

Great stay

We stayed for the week and had no issues. Close to Disney. My kids loved the pool and location was clean Jose was prompt to answer as we arrived earlier than 4. We will definitely book again.

Great D2 Summit All-Star Cheer rental…

We were there for D2 Summit great location close to everything and in a very nice gated community. The condo was very clean upon arrival. With 3 moms and 3 girls it was perfect and the girls loved having the pool to cool off after busy days… Definitely would rent again!!

First Vrbo experience. March 2023

After a few issues at the beginning of the stay the trip was good. The condo needed some TLC which the owner corrected during the firsts week there. We were staying for a month. There were a couple broken items which were minor but the pool area needed updated furniture. All items were fixed along with cleaning, painting and replacement furniture for the next guest. However I paid a pet fee and I requested a refund prior to the trip since both of my two pets passes in the last year after booking the trip. I am still waiting for a response on a return of the pet fee. All of the other places that we stayed gave us a credit for the pet fees. Overall the pool are is updated for the next guests. And the place and amenities are great for a family trip. The clubhouse amenities were also nice

Freinds and family

To get into the unit, i was given the wrong code for the front door day one. I had to call the owner and fortunately he answered the call and gave me the correct code to get in the unit. Once in noticed a few items that needed to be fixed for our saftey. The sliding door handle was broken. The outside screen door to the lanai was off its hinges. There was a towel bar missing in the second bsthroom. The pool was not heated and unusable at this time of year. Most items were fixed within a week except the outdide hinge. The location was good for me as we were surrounded by many golf courses. Due to the pool not heated, i would next time look at units that do not have a pool but a nice covered yard with a grill instead.
