Great spot

If you’re looking for a safe, clean, convenient spot for a stay in Vegas that is away from the strip, this condo is great. Lots of room and the host is fantastic. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the stay. However I must admit this property was in a complex where short term rentals was not allowed. Several times we were looked at from other people when coming out the garage or walking to the trash where people pointed at us and the notice on the front door.

Vegas stay

The house was great. Taking the dog for walks was very easy after the first day, getting turned around and finding way back to the right building. But, learned quickly. I would recommend going to Valley of Fire State Park. It was so awesome. David was very quick to get back to me for any information needed. Thank you David!

Overall Good

The permanent fixtures of this unit are very nice—kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, including coffee, spices and condiments. As too, the bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoo, extra towels. The furnishings are not as impressive; upgrading the sofa, dining table, and new carpet and a coat of paint would help. David was exceptionally responsive and a wonderful host. Location is easy to the city and to Red Rocks.

This is not only an amazing home super large and offering amazing views from rooftop
But it's location is truly the best
Close enough to the strip but also close to red rocks and many other off strip casinos
Tons of restaurants and movies nearby as well as the new downtown Summerlin mall
Easy freeway access to everywhere
Being a whole townhouse with three stories it gives the guests the space needed to either be all together or for each to have their own space !
Also 2 car garage leads directly into the home so it's easy parking
